”This premium just-add-speakers streaming system is a beauty.” ’What Hi-Fi?’ – 5 Star review.

One system does it all

An evolution in sound and style, the Evo 75 brings your music sources together, in style. A comprehensive range of streaming options, via wi-fi, AirPlay and Bluetooth let you stream music your way. There’s also a range of connections for your TV, games console, CD player and other sources. Add in the punchy 75 watt amp and you have a classic all-rounder.

Punchy sound
Powered by a punchy 75 watt Hypex Ncore amp, the Evo 75 is around twice as powerful as the average compact hi-fi system. Matched to an ESS Sabre ES9016K2M DAC this gives excellent levels of resolution and crystal-clear clarity.

StreamMagic
Based around Cambridge Audio’s award-winning StreamMagic platform, the Evo 75 delivers a seamless streaming experience. TIDAL Connect, Spotify Connect and Qobuz are built-in (premium account may be required for full functionality). StreamMagic works with Hi-res music files, including MQA-powered TIDAL Masters. The StreamMagic system also works alongside Roon, AirPlay 2 and Chromecast, letting you decide the system you want to stream music.

Two-way Bluetooth
Two-way Bluetooth lets you pair your smartphone, tablet, laptop or other device and stream in high quality aptX HD Bluetooth. It also lets you receive a Bluetooth signal back to your Bluetooth headphones – giving you a completely wireless listening experience.

Connect digital
A wide range of digital inputs lets you connect all you home entertainment. Use the HDMI ARC to plug in your TV and feed it with your games console, Blu-ray/DVD player or set-top TV box, connected via the optical and coaxial digital inputs. There’s also a handy USB input that’s ideal for your USB media device.

Connect analogue
A classic RCA AUX input lets you connect any line level analogue source, such as a tuner or cassette deck. It’s also ideal for a CD player that’s not equipped with a digital output.

Flexible connections
Other handy connections include a dedicated subwoofer output that’s ideal for linking with your choice of active subwoofer. A pre amp output lets you connect the system to a more powerful amplifier as a future upgrade.

A stylish evolution - choose your look
Everything about the Evo 75’s design demonstrates obsessive attention to detail. From the dual concentric volume/input selector to the large, 6.8 inch display, the Evo 75 is a joy to operate. The sleek, customisable finish means the system stands out from the crowd. Choose between wood or black corrugated side panels (both included) for the look you prefer.

Bring all your music together, in style, with the Cambridge Audio Evo 75.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Superb piece of kit I recently bought a Cambridge Audio Evo 75. What an amazing piece of kit it is. Streaming through its DAC system has reignited my love of music both new and my old favourites. I’m also so impressed with the internet radio and literally your the world listening to a multitude of channels and music genre. So pleased with my purchase and Richer Sounds made it easy to do so.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EVO 75 Love my purchase Cambridge Audio EVO 75!! Wasn't sure at first when doing my research for 'all in one' network streamers. The Naim Uniti Atom was on my list as well as the NAD M10. After much research I settled on the EVO 75. It looked good and had all of the functionality I wanted. I suppose Tidal Connect and particularly an established app (StreamMagic) swung it for me. All of the aforementioned systems have great pedigree and sound, but the EVO 75 was more competitively priced than the other two without compromising on sound. The EVO 150 has the extra inputs such as phone mm, extra optical, etc, but I'm not a vinyl user and rely on it primarily for Tidal, a NAS device and general internet radio streaming. My one concern was if the 75 watts was enough to power my Monitor Audio Silver RX6 speakers. The answer is thankfully yes :-)

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My review of Evo 75 Evo 75 is a exciting excellent product i have it connected to a modest pair of speakers its been some time since I got back in to audio perfection some years to be honest but this is a amazing all in one product yes you can compare the Evo to separate apps and players from Cambridge and yes you can analyse ever different aspect but the sound is brilliant the system works amazing and is a all in one solution that is hard to not recommend the only thing i would say is the system runs very warm if nit close to hot so needs a lot of space to breathe.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great sound. perfect all in one. I really don't understand the previous comments, referring to poor sound, one of which, oddly to my mind, seems to be appearing on numerous review platforms. I have my EVO 75 hooked up to a pair of LS50 Metas and it sounds simply amazing. In fact, I have found myself listening to it more often than my other, more expensive, system. But don't take my word for it (or anyone else's). Audition it and make up your own mind.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Delivered today and replacing an Azur 651 Amp and CD combination. Has breathed new life into my ageing (Mordaunt Short Mezzo 2) speakers. Taut well balanced sound, impeccable detail and a joy to listen to. I’ve spent pretty much all day just letting Tidal serve me what it fancies and it’s all been superb to really listen to, rather than what had become muzac playing as I did something else. When lockdown fully ends and the Demo rooms are open, give this an audition. Strongly recommended.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Cambridge Audio EVO 75 I recently bought the new Cambridge Audio Evo 75. I had previously heard the CXA81 amp in store and loved it. The Evo 75 promised to be as good but with a new great look with an integrated streamer. Out of the box it looked great with the larger graphic display, compact size. Disappointing the sound experience did not live up to expectations. On the rock genre, there was a lack of substance and in comparison to the CXA81 it felt at times flat. Richer Sounds were v helpful and facilitated an exchange for the CXA81 with the CXN v2 streamer. Delivered next day and collected the Evo at the same time. Happy now and thanks Richer Sounds for your help.
