Just plug in and off you go.
Although I have Virgin TV I wanted to connect my new Sony to the RF wall socket. This product does exactly what it says it will ie deliver a great picture.

Cambridge Audio perfect picture on all chamnels
As soon as we got the whole set home put it together the picture quality was very clear as we were told it would be compared to other cables. Due to having the 24K gold plated connectors which add a high finishing touch to the quality RF link. Very pleased with our purchase. We would recommend the Panasonic VIERA TX42AS600B but it's not showing up on the recommended section

Good Quality Cable
On purchasing a TV, the staff in store asked if I also needed an RF lead which I did. This saved me making a half an hour journey back to the store the next day!
The cable is of very good quality. The price is fair considering this. I know I could have found a cable online for a little cheaper but I would not have been able to purchase one of the same quality in addition to having to wait for delivery etc.
Overall, I am pleased with this product and would recommend.
