I bought this tv after reviewing lots of different ones. I found the lg webos system the best for my needs and ordered this tv. It is great, however despite being a 2019 TV does not have the 2019 webos standard set up installed. The version this and all other um series tvs sold in the UK has a stripped down version with the best bits such as 'my content' or the ability to add inputs to the tile menu bar missing. I contacted LG who informed me the version the TV updates to after setting up is the version it will have and the other options won't be coming to the um series anytime soon. Really disappointing because that's what sold me on buying this tv. Other than that the TV is really good. Buy the LG magic remote to make it even better. Great service from richer sounds as usual and excellent on time delivery from their partner service.

So pleased with the tv picture is stunning this is my second 4k TV the first was a Samsung 55inches 3d top of range. This is brilliant.

Picture great sound good very happy .
But think smart control should come with tv in the price .
Not happy with richer sounds paid £699 went on site one week later to find been reduced £50

Love the TV, even better service
I'd originally purchased an Ambilight Philips TV but it had various problems with the streaming apps and so Richer Sounds swapped it out for an LG TV. Really delighted with the new TV and Richer Sounds' service. They advised me to go for the LG as it has better viewing angles rather than a Samsung. Thoroughly impressed with the service from start to finish.

Great values for money
I got this has a replacement and was always sceptical as it wouldn’t be as good as my original. But this is a great tv. Loads of features and subtle black bezel. Great pic and finally they got the sound spot on. I was never a subwoofer and soundbar fan. So this suits us great.
