Easy set up procedure the size of the box and packaging is a bit daunting but ensued the TV arrived in excellent condition. The on-line registration is a bit of a pain but done nevertheless. Great picture and fits well replanibg a 47 inch set.

great value Oled tv
As soon as you open the box the build quality jumps out at you.
Its a surprisingly heavy piece and needs two person handling.
the performance matches the stunning appearance of the tv. Great blacks, very natural colours, and a lovely depth to the picture with non of the nasty hard edges seen on some inferior tvs.
Good quality sound with excellent tone.
I have yet to try any adjustments as the picture and sound were perfect for my taste as soon as I switched it on. I was gobsmacked to say the least as it usually takes a few days to adjust a new tv to my taste.
I would rate it 10/10 all round.
The 6 year Richer Sounds warranty is a no brainer as far as I am concerned especially as my last LCD (not Panasonic) failed after 17 months.

Excellent Picture & Stable Software
This TV replaced a faulty Philips OLED which I'd only had a couple of weeks. Picture is as good as the Philips was, though sound perhaps not as good. The main difference is stable software, though. The Philips had 'quirks' to say the least, but the Panasonic has been rock solid so far.

I bought this tv 1 week ago it has exceeded inI all I wanted picture /sound/ease of use coupled with a blu ray player its excellent Netflix on 4k it cannot be beaten I ordered online from richer sounds and everything went fine

Great picture
I bought this tv in the Boxing Day sales to replace my aging 50 inch Panasonic plasma tv. I decided for an OLED to give wider viewing angles and it was a choice between LG and Panasonic. This base model OLED from Panasonic doesnt seem to have much below the next model up but the saving is several hundred pounds. I would recommend this TV
