Having won many accolades for its sound quality, the latest version of the 7000i 5.1 speaker pack continues to put sound first. At the heart of the system are top quality satellite speakers. Unlike other small satellite speakers, the 7000i's satellite speakers are good enough to be used as quality small speakers in their own right. The woofers use lightweight cones with ultra long throw to give a crisp, dynamic sound. The 'Ring Radiator' treble units help give the 7000i a broad and detailed sound combined with effortless refinement.
The added 'Plus' of a brand new subwoofer design
Rather than using one large cone like the old sub, the 3070S uses two smaller cones. This has the advantage of offering the same surface area as a larger cone, for depth and rumble, but improved speed. Smaller cones can move faster and so offer a punchier sound with more accurate timing. Thanks to the built-in 140W amplifier, power and control are never an issue, either.

Look tidy, and great sound
I bought these speakers for several reasons, not least because they have a good write up regarding sound. I needed some 'smaller' speakers for wall mounting to my already wired in 5.1 system, and I wanted something white/light coloured also, these fitted the bill perfectly. The woofer can certainly rattle the windows when required. Overall, good for both movies and music.

Fantastic sound and looks
Had these a few weeks now and watched LOTS of different content (UHD/Sky Q/Spotify/Netflix). These really are fantastic speakers, a big step up from my Boston Acoustic Soundware set up. I have them hooked up to a Denon AVR-X2300W.
I am hearing things I have not heard before and the balance between the Satellites and the Sub is excellent. I've heard some complaints about the sub on this set, but I don't know why, rumbles my room when it needs to. Centre speaker clarity is also a very, very good. Performs well in stereo too which was a big surprise. I cannot praise this set-up enough and cannot say anything bad about it, for the money,
sounds fantastic.

Dinky speakers, but with clarity and punch!
We needed to save space, so replacing the fell-size speakers in our surround system seemed like a plan. I was concerned that with such relatively small satellites, the system would lack fullness, but that's not really an issue. With a sub stowed right behind the sofa, the bass is as present as you need it to be, and easily adjustable. It's impressively meaty, but without wooliness - I guess that's the advantage of moving the air with 2 smaller drivers instead of one big one. Music-wise, they're decent too, even from vinyl, which is probably somewhat sacrilegious to the purists out there. To some up - they please me from an aural perspective, and the other half from an aesthetic perspective, so it's a win-win!

Brilliant sound from diminutive speakers
These speakers were bought as a compromise between a tiny footprint and a high end 5.1 channel sound. In that respect they exceeded expectation by providing a rich, detailed and exiting soundstage that belies their tiny size. They do have some serious grunt when it comes to action movies with crystal clear dialogue from the centre speaker. CDs sound great as well.
