Unlike most systems, the Teac MCD800 features a built-in turntable. The auto-return deck is really easy to use and will even playback 78s (when fitted with the optional SPL-102 stylus).
USB interface
Handily placed at the top of the unit, a USB interface lets you plug in your USB media device and playback MP3 and WMA music files.
CD and tuner radio
Completing this fully-featured system is a CD player and FM/AM radio. The CD comes with a full range of program/repeat/shuffle functions and will also playback MP3 and WMA coded discs. The FM/AM radio features a 20 station pre-set memory on each frequency.
Spacious, natural sound
Using two-way, separate speakers, powered by a 10+10 watt amplifier, the MCD800 gives a full-range and spacious sound. The speakers use 1.5" tweeters matched to separate 3.5" woofers to give excellent clarity between the treble and the mid-range.
Timer function
The timer function lets you set an on/off timer which means the system can be used as an alarm clock. There's also a dimmable display and 90 minute sleep timer, making this system ideal for the bedroom.

Simple Functionality. Great sound.
The product and service from Richer Sounds were a great all round experience. I ordered the Teac and received it two days later. I bought it to play my old vinyl's for my daughters, but with the added functionality of USB, CD, Radio, etc. It is simple to use, easy to set up and has great sound on it for a £250 system. Highly recommended. Thanks RS!

Looks good and sounds great
It was delivered on time and only took a short time to set up. I was playing a cd in twenty minutes. The sound is very good and clear. The Teac MCD800 looks great and fits in with the rest of the room. I now have to bye some records when the shops are allowed to reopen.

Teac 800 great music centre
The teac 800 arrived today, set up was straight forward. The hinges just needed a quick rub with a file as they were a bit of a tight fit in the lid. It was playing a cd in twenty minutes. It looks good and sounds as good as i hoped for.

Nice bit of background kit
I bought this unit for its compact size and features been a former DJ I found lots of old vinyl I wanted to listen too again and like most of us dont have a massive amount of space good compact unit with big sound.
