Ribbon tweeter for superb vocal reproduction
The Rubicon Vokal uses a ribbon tweeter paired with a more conventional dome tweeter for sensational results. With the ribbon tweeter handling the very highest frequencies - most of which can't even be heard by the human ear - the conventional tweeter is freed up to handle lower frequencies. This means less harmonic compression and a high frequency that can 'breathe'. What you hear is an effortless treble performance full of rich detail and free from harshness.
High quality drive units for reduced distortion
At the heart of the Rubicon Vokal you'll find Dali's SMC (Soft Magnetic Compound) magnet system. This highly specialised feature is designed to provide the most accurate speaker control and ultra-low levels of distortion. Featuring low-loss, wood fibre woofers that are based on Dali's reference grade Epicon speakers the Rubicon Vokal delivers a sound so accurate that it can be truly classed as 'reference' grade.
