The Epsom Projector was exactly what I expectedI am really pleased with the Projector it was bought after reading your other reviews and comparing other projector's specifications. Although a slightly older model it met my needs completely, at a price significantly cheaper than you competitors.

Bright pictureI have been using now for just s few days. The picture straight out of the box is bright have been watching with curtains open . I may try turning the colour saturation down as the green grass looks a bit too vivid green, but skin tones look OK. It is a heavy unit so was a bit concerned about ceiling mounting.

Superb home projector that doesn’t break the bankI am using this projector in my front room on to a 105” recessed electric sapphire screen. The picture quality is awesome when the room is fully dark and is still watchable during the day. The fan can be noisy if you need to use the enhanced brighter picture mode but I do not need to. At this price it has to be 5 star. I have mounted it upside down in a sapphire lift that fully retracts in to the ceiling. The lift door is removed to show the projector. Happy me and happy wife!

Epson EH-TW6700 Great value top performerGot this a month ago as a free replacement as, without hesitation, RS honoured they're 5 year warranty (now 6 year) on my old Epson EH-TW6100W projector which was beyond economic repair.
Things have certainly improved in the 5 years I had the 6100. Contrast, brightness and 3D crosstalk vastly improved and the automatic iris is near silent on the 6700 unlike the ridiculous "grinding" the 6100 made.
Shame 3D is on the way out as I think if peoples experience of it had been through the 6700 on an 11 foot screen things might have been different for the format.
Briefly tried the EH-TW6800, which was abysmal, with a peculiar shimmer and image tearing on Sky HD and what could only be described as a broken 3D engine. All round performance was way better on the lower cost, and spec'd 6700.
Only negative was this model did not come with a pair of 3D glasses, not a problem as I had the pair that came with the old 6100 and it works with the many Samsung active glasses I've collected from 2011 on.
One final thing to note is the image destroying frame interpolation features which are switched on out of the box - make switching this off, and all other 'image enhancing" bobbins, your first move.
Highly recommended.
