Derived from Focal’s reference models, the Beryllium tweeter is a highlight. The Beryllium material is chosen for its lightness and rigidity. Developed and patented by Focal, the inverted dome tweeter is capable of covering over five octaves (1,000 – 40,000Hz), ensuring super-smooth harmonics and intense top-end detail.
Flax NIC mid-range and bass cones for a natural sound
Focal’s woofer units are equally as innovative as the tweeter. Using a flax (French linen) construction, the cones are both light and rigid. The unique TMD cone surround acts as the perfect damper, allowing it to move freely while eliminating harmful vibrations. NIC (Neutral Inductance Circuit) technology features a Faraday ring, creating an optimal magnetic field for precise driver control. Swift to respond to the signal, the cones deliver a natural mid-range and a tight, punchy bass response.

This super-premium quality, 3-way Focal speaker uses two woofers per speaker that are dedicated purely to reproducing the bass.
