Equipped with Focal’s top-end Beryllium tweeter, the Sopra Centre delivers simply stunning clarity. The Beryllium material is chosen for its lightness and rigidity. Developed and patented by Focal, the inverted dome tweeter is capable of covering over five octaves (1,000 – 40,000Hz), ensuring super-smooth harmonics and intense top-end detail.
Dedicated mid-range driver for superior vocal timbre
As a 3-way design, the Focal Sopra Centre has a dedicated mid-range driver. This ensures a seamless response between the highest and lowest notes, with vocals in particular being reproduced with stunning accuracy.
W membrane bass cones for incredible realism
Featuring Focal’s flagship W membrane technology, the ‘sandwich’ cone construction delivers the ultimate blend of lightness, rigidity and damping. Swift to respond to the signal, the cone delivers outstanding sonic precision.
Optional stand
For optimal support and to align the Centre speaker with the front speakers, Focal offer an optional (at additional cost) Sopra Stand. This is ideal for home cinema systems, where there may not be a suitable cabinet in front of the screen – especially with projector screens.

Handcrafted in France by Focal’s cabinetmakers, the casing is exceptionally rigid for an uncoloured sound and ultra-low distortion. Finished in Black Lacquer, it’s luxurious design blends seamlessly with most AV systems.
