Stunning frequency range!
The speakers are elegant slim floor standers with an angled plinth as a base to time align the drive units. It's best to listen to them with the magnetic grilles removed. The reflex port is on the front of the units and allow them to be placed quite close to the back wall. I am amazed at the frequency range of the speakers. The top end is clear and not 'tizzy' or sharp, just natural and the base range seems to head for infrasonic on some records. When you listen to them they just disappear and leave you listening to the music.I feel like I am hearing a lot of my music collection properly for the first time. Do yourself a big favour and give these a listen. I was intending to buy stand mount book shelf speakers but after hearing these I could not leave Cambridge Richer Sounds without purchasing them.
