Really helpful staff, brilliant manager. Patient and always available to chat through questions or issues. Recently found Richer Sounds Plymouth and will use again. Also very competitive with prices. Try here first I'd say dont bother look elsewhere.

Just the best
My local store is Richer Sounds Sheffield. I've been a customer for some four years now and have no hesitation in continuing to buy all my AV equipment from them. The staff are so helpful, kind and knowledgeable.
In a recent complicated upgrade (using install speakers) the field sales manager gave excellent advice and offered to balance the system post-installation.
And never, not once, was there any hint of a hard sell. Or an offer that would expire if I didn't commit straight away. Or any other pressured or dodgy practice. I cannot fault their ethical approach.
I will never use any other supplier.

Great service, great advise and good prices
I can highly recommend Richer Sounds in Bromley. Ali gave great advise and service. They helped me put the system together. Not all of the symptom was in stock but it was ordered and arrived after a couple of days. They even watched out for parking wardens for me!
