Three pairs of speakers via one outlet
The QED SS30 allows for three pairs of speakers to be switched through one speaker pair outlet. Series/parallel switching ensures safe amplifier loading (when using three pairs of 8 ohm speakers, the load will be 4 ohms - check your amplifier to see if it will drive this impedance).
QED quality
With a power rating of up to 150 watts, large cable entry points and silver-plated switch contacts, the QED SS30 avoids the engineering compromises of cheaper switching units. This means you get a purer, less distorted sound.

Works well, easy to install
Replaced an older unit for this better looking one. Richersounds are always helpful if there is a problem. Item was delivered within a day or two.

Very easy to use
I'm not very technical but I have acquired a simple Cambridge audio topaz am1 amp and 4 decent quality speakers.
This made hooking up 4 speakers out from one amp so easy! It works perfectly!

Simple quality product that just works.
QEDSS30 3-way speaker switch. It's solid and well made, easy to wire up and its rubber feet mean that it stays in position when you press the push buttons. It works a treat.

Works nicely.
Considered DIY switches for my speaker systems but people kept pointing out the hazards and damage which could ensue. The QED switch seems to be the answer, works very nicely and not that expensive.

Finally works well....
A neat unit but wiring it was a real pain with limited working space and fiddly terminals. Volume on one set of speakers was very poor - but since for now I was only wiring two sets I used the third block and they worked fine.
