Terminated 5m lengths – ready to go
At 5 metres each, these terminated cables are ideal for larger rooms and for when your hi-fi components are to the side of your speakers rather than between them. With the plugs already fitted, simply plug in and go.
Airloc Forte plugs for the best quality termination
QED’s Airloc cold weld system ensures a high contact, long-lasting join between the plugs and cable. This not only gives the best sound possible but also excellent durability, with no chance of a dry solder break or lose connection screw. The Forte plugs use a spring loaded connection pin for a tight connection with all 4mm speaker terminals.
X-tube technology – as used in the award-winning XT40
Conventional cables can fail to conduct high frequencies uniformly across the entire conductor area. QED's X-Tube cable technology allows a near-linear signal transfer at treble frequencies for greater detail and realism of sound - especially at higher frequencies.

Using 99.999% oxygen-free copper cable, there's very low resistance, which makes it easier for your amplifier to drive your speaker as well as delivering a purer sound. It also makes the cable suitable for longer cable runs, with far less quality loss over longer lengths.

Great Advice
Went to Liverpool store for silver plated speaker cable and glad I did. Advised that silver plated cable was unsuitable to my Monitor Audio Silver 50's so bought the XT25. Great choice, speakers sound better and easy to fit.

Superior sound reproduction
A great product if with a slightly hefty price tag for the privilege of having terminated ends. Reproduction is crystal clear with no loss of fidelity. My only complaint is that whilst the banana plug terminators are compatible with the speakers they do not fit my Yamaha receiver (I've subsequently found out that apparently they are only compatible with Australian models). Fortunately the speaker posts on the rear of the amp have large enough holes to get a good contact when tightened up.

Great robust replacement
I purchased the pre-terminated 5m QED XT25 cables for my new system and they are great. A robust replacement that allows me the option to keep plugging my speakers in and out when needed very simply. Good firm connectors and the cables compliment the sound - thank you Rob P for your kind assistance.

Great Sounding Cables
