Great service and aftercare from Norwich staff
I brought this stylus replacement for my record player and phoned the Norwich shop the fella was very helpful and made sure it was the correct one for my hi fi which I purchased from them last year , always find the staff here really polite and helpful

Excellent sound clarity
A great quality, inexpensive option to improving the sound of my vinyl. The original stylus on my Denon DP-300F was wearing, and after a simple swap out, the ATN91 didn’t disappoint. Enjoying my vinyl like I’m hearing it for the first time again. Excellent purchase

Very good help, excellent delivery
Needed a new stylus, chap in Leeds shop very helpful. Advised on correct model, arranged the delivery. It arrived next day and woks perfectly well.
Only slight gripe is the cartridge is now yellow, not red and that doesn't look as nice in my opinion, then again I didn't buy it to look at.

Whilst I only bought a small item from Richer Sounds on this occasion the service and approach of the staff was as helpful and amiable as it was when I bought my entire system from them a couple of years ago… the service is always excellent no matter how much you are spending, Good work !
