The Q Acoustics 2000-Series was one of the most widely praised speaker ranges of its time. Having picked up numerous awards, it's fair to stay that the range was something of a standard setter in its class. With revisions to every aspect of that fundamentally assured design, the 3000-Series is set to take the market by storm.
Revised drive units
At the heart of the 3010 are new drive units. Starting at the top, the new Ring Dome tweeter provides a more accurate response, for precise reproduction of even the most subtle aspects of music. The tweeter unit is decoupled from the rest of the cabinet, meaning that it isn't affected by vibration from the bass unit. The new Aramid fibre/paper woofer cone is light, rigid, and helps give the 3010s their punchy, agile sound quality.
Class-leading cross-over, improved cabinet design
With revised cabinet bracing, the distinctive Q Acoustics cabinets have been made even better. With reduced cabinet resonance, the sound is less coloured and truer to its studio or concert venue sound. Up-rated audiophile-grade crossover components improve the transparency of sound still further.
New finishes too
Still distinctively designed with signature rounded cabinets, the new 3000-Series is available in a wider range of finishes than ever. Choose between Matt Graphite, Black Leather Effect or Black Lacquer for a technical look to blend well with your other hi-fi components. Alternatively, White Lacquer looks great in modern interiors. Finally, the American Walnut vinyl finish is the ideal complement for both antique and traditional furniture.

Excellent as surround speakers
Bought these as surrounds - I have the 3020 fronts and 3090c centre. They complement the fronts so well that I bought another pair as Atmos top middle speakers, mounted high on the side walls. The QA3000 brackets allowed me to aim them at the main listening position. Well pleased!

Excellent sound and build quality
I bought these speakers to use with my Cambridge Audio AXA25 amplifier and my CA cd player. The sound quality is superb and I imagine that you would have to spend much more money to improve on it.

A crisp clear sound
I’ve had these speakers now for a couple of weeks and I am very pleased with the crisp sound of such a pair of reasonably priced speakers.
The base is deep and the sound remains true even at extreme volume. A fantastic bit as recommended by fantastic staff at richer sounds. Cibo your a legend having made the whole experience of buying the items a real pleasure.
