New digital filters
Combined with the new DAC, a brand new two-mode filter lets you tune the CD player’s sound to suit your taste. Filter 1 enhances depth whereas filter 2 gives a sharper, more precise sound.

At the front of the CD6007 is a Hi-res compatible USB interface. Rated 5 out of 5 by chas6886 from Great combination After researching the options I deciced the Marantz CD6007 was still the ideal choice to match to the Marantz A6007, plus I treated myslef to a Q Acoustics 3070s sub to run with my B&W 607S2s. All bi-wired and running the addition of the Q Acoustics running at low volume just adds that extra bass. The whole set up is easy to use and I am enjoying CDs and vinyl through my Projecct Essential with Ortofon Red cartridge with new ears . Thank the guys at the Exeter branch for all their help

Rated 5 out of 5 by Grumpy Old Paul from Very Satisfied I bought this to replace a 20+ year-old CD player which had ceased playing reliably. So far I'm very pleased since every disc which I've tried has played perfectly. I've also been able to set up my Logitech Harmony One to operate the CD6007. Audio quality when used with the PM6007 amplifier is very good with much better channel separation than before. The only minor grip which I have is that the elapsed/remaining time display is small and difficult for my ageing eyes to read.

Bought it from Richer Sounds in Hanley and had a great customer experience. Being able to try it out in the Demo Room was a great bonus.

This is my third in the series of CD6000, and always been happy with the product. I would have liked a more expensive player, but with my listening and system this does just the job

My research tled me to this marvelous HiFi shop, Richersounds in Swiss Cottage. They were very helpful, and their stock of audio and smart TVs is state of the Art. Staff were attentive and not pushy. The Marantz was easy for me to instal at home and the sound is superb. I'm delighted! The world is back in technicolour!
