Excellent value for money
I bought the Panasonic SA -PMX82 with JBL speakers to replace my Teac system which was that old I couldn’t get it repaired. What a buy the Panasonic has proved to be, great features and brilliant sound matched with the JBL speakers. Richer Sounds is the best retailer I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend them.

Great sound and so easy to use!
After speaking to Tom at the Nottingham store(who gave great advice), I decided to go for the Panasonic. What a great piece of kit and so easy/intuitive to set up. Loads of power and a clear and punchy sound. I would highly recommend, especially from Richer Sounds who were amazingly competitive. Brilliant!

Theres a lot to like about this mini system. It packs in plenty of features into a small set-up. Why only 3 stars? This replaces a NAD amp (30+ yrs old) Denon CD and separate DAB radio and sound quality is not as good from the mini system IMO. Not the end of the world but also control of features is not always intuitive so you need to read instructions, fussy I know but I genuinely find a lot of tech is superbly thought through. Don't regret buying it as it does the job in a small form and price is reasonable, just it's not amazing

I thought a great deal about this. I was drawn to a much more expensive Marantz. But this device is for my office which is in a shed in the garden. I have much more expensive equipment in the music room, and I couldn't justify the cost. But I'm really impressed with it. My interest was to stream from my phone and this does it well. I have it connected to Gale speakers and I'm very happy with it.
I purchased it on line which detracted from the shopping experience I normally enjoy in the Edinburgh store.
But I have it. I love it.

Crisp clean sound. Not bad for the money
I'm a hifi buff and bought this for a relation who only listens to music on a crap portable player. I wanted them to open the door to a better sound quality without them feeling their room had been taken over by towering 'separates'. This mini set up is the perfect stepping stone to good listening. Even enjoyed it myself despite owning a hi end set up. It's also a well made machine. Highly recommended as an entry level experience.
