Please Note: if you live in any of the following areas we cannot provide our free or next day delivery service - Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands, Isle Of Man, Isles Of Scilly, Channel Islands or Isle Of Wight. Please call our sales team on 0333 900 0093 who will happily provide a quotation and ETA for delivery to your postcode area.
Regrettably we cannot accept orders from Northern Ireland. Please contact our Belfast franchise on 0333 900 0070 or www.richersounds.ie where they’ll be able to accept your order. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders are shipped via our friends at Aramex.

If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit/debit card billing address, as this is the only address to which we can deliver. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address.

You will receive an on-screen confirmation once your payment has been authorised, along with an email acknowledging your order and the address the goods are to be delivered to. In both cases you will be provided with an order reference number. Please quote this number with any enquiries. 

Once your order has been despatched, we will email you an order receipt and guarantee information followed by a second email with your order delivery information.

Delivery occurs within 3-5 working days (unless ordered on a next working day service). If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order please email richersounds@aramex.com or call 0333 900 0092 (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) providing your order number, name, address, brief details of what you ordered and any shipment number you may have. We strive to answer all queries within one working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query once only, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serve to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.

All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. When you receive your goods please open the box and examine them before signing to ensure they are in good condition - if the packaging or item is damaged please do not accept the goods and notify us as soon as possible. If you are unable to check the item at the time of delivery, please sign as unchecked but do make sure to report any issues within 24 hours. Regrettably if items are signed for in good condition that later prove to be damaged we have no recourse with the carriers so please check items thoroughly to avoid any disappointment. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card left.

If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as possible.
