We’ll more than happily provide Click & Collect - exactly how you want it.

You might simply want to place your order, visit us in-store, grab your new items, get home and start playing. If that’s the case, we’ll make sure you get sorted as quickly as we can, so you can be on your way with minimum fuss.

But, if you have a bit of time, we’d love to go the extra mile and show you how to get the best from your new purchase.

We’ll happily talk with you about all the easy, low-cost (and sometimes, no cost!) tweaks to get the best out of your system, including calibration, positioning, how to partner your old kit with your new equipment, installation, cabling, furniture and stands etc.

There’s no obligation to buy anything extra and we're not into the hard sell, but we have built up a lot of insider tricks and tips over the years, and our in-store teams are more than happy to share them with you!

If you’d like some time with us when you come to collect your new item, feel free to give your local store a call in advance, or simply ask us to give you the low down when you turn up.

If you want to amend or cancel an order placed over the phone then please contact our Mail Order team. Contact our Web Sales team for items bought online, or our Telesales team for items bought over the phone. You can call them both on 0333 900 0093.


Delivery information

All orders are shipped via Aramex.

If this is your first order with us, please ensure that the only address you enter is the credit/debit card billing address, as this is the only address we can deliver to. If you have previously placed an order on our website, you will be offered an alternative delivery address.

You will receive an on-screen confirmation once your payment has been authorised, along with an email acknowledging your order and the address the goods will be delivered to. In both cases, you will be provided with an order reference number. Please quote this number with any enquiries.

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you an order receipt and guarantee information followed by a second email with your order delivery information.

Delivery occurs within 3-5 working days (unless ordered on a next working day or specific day service). If after this time you have still to take receipt of your order please email richersounds@aramex.com or call 0333 900 0092 (Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm) providing your order number, name, address, brief details of what you ordered and any shipment number you may have. We strive to answer all queries within one working day, although at busy times we do ask that you bear with us. Please submit your query only once, as repeated emails/telephone calls only serve to slow down our response time and can result in further delays to your order.

All deliveries must be signed for. They will NOT be left in garages, sheds, outside loos, porches etc. When you receive your goods please open the box and examine them before signing to ensure they are in good condition - if the packaging or item is damaged please do not accept the goods and notify us as soon as possible. If you are unable to check the item at the time of delivery, please sign as unchecked but do make sure to report any issues within 24 hours. Regrettably, if items are signed for in good condition that later prove to be damaged, we have no recourse with the carriers, so please check items thoroughly to avoid any disappointment. If there is no-one in to sign for the goods, they will be taken back to the courier depot and a card will be left.

If we are out of stock of an item or there is a problem, we will contact you as soon as possible.

As part of our green credentials, we work hard to reduce the amount of waste we generate. This is why we avoid using excess packaging when sending items for home delivery and includes not putting a smaller box in a larger one with extra padding when we dispatch items. If your purchase is a gift, please be aware that most items are delivered in the manufacturer's original packaging.
