Tune the top-end to suit
If you’ve got a sparsely furnished room with a bright acoustic, it’s easy to set the speakers to suit. Simply use the HF Level control on the front of each speaker to back off the high-end and reduce the treble’s ‘bite’. Equally, if the room is heavily furnished and has a ‘dead’ acoustic, simply wind up the HF response.

setup: audiolab 6000a/6000cdt; technics sl1500c/denon dl110/ifi zen phono; smart tv via optical cable to 6000a dac.
overall they sound good for tv and streaming, and vinyl and cd. i like the retro grilles and decent vinyl wrap but they won't be to everyone's taste. while not the most refined sound in the world they have good drive and punch.
decent soundstage and enough bass for small to medium rooms.
i got them on special and i'd recommend the same to other buyers, but all in all i'm happy with my purchase.
if you listen to heavy rock you'll definitely appreciate them.

Beautiful speakerm sound great
I always wanted the larger L100 Classics but have no room for them in a house of clutter. I noticed the smaller bookshelf ones in a local cafe then found them at my favourite Hi-Fi store for a great price. Called Brighton Branch and they had them posted to me the next day or so, excellent service, thank you.
