Great product but…..very fiddly to get out of case
I bought these and they sound good
They take a bit of setting set up how you want them to use with a phone but this is fairly simple from the JBL app
The one problem I have encountered is trying to get the fiddly little suckers out of the case, particularly one handed when driving.
This is not helped by the very short charging cable

Excellent consultation and great delivery with JBL
When I called richer sounds I spoke to someone who really knew what they were talking about and gave me some good advice on the different JBL and other make earbuds
I placed my order without any drama and they arrived next day on a Saturday - what’s not to like
The buds are really good and the nice thing is you can use just (either) one to make/receive a call

For the price well worth it.
Bought a pair and a few days bought a second pair as they were just what we wanted. For Noise cancelling ear buds they work well and with 3 different silicon ear pieces you can achieve a nice comfortable fit.

Great fit, quality and price
I brought the white version in December 2022 (3 months ago) and I absolutely love them. I was really worried they wouldn't fit in my ears because I have small ears but the smallest attachment fits perfectly. I got them for gym us as well as day to day and they're really good for running and stay in during my circuit classes. The only time they have fallen out is when I do squat jumps onto a high platform and even that can be prevented if you push them in every so often.
The case holds its charge amazingly. I think I have charged them 3 or 4 times since purchasing.

I got this for Christmas and it has complete changes the way I listen to music and the noise cancelling is on point I had these on and dropped my phone I didn't even realise till the music disconnected

Great but require some EQ adjustments
Great in-ear monitors. Although you might want to use the biggest size they include for optimal fit and sound insulation. Require a bit of finesse to get the most out of them. For a smooth (non "ear piercing") and punchy/lively sound signature I''m attaching the EQ settings from JBL app I use.

Good at first, developed problems & broke quickly
While the sound, noise cancelling and battery life on these earbuds is good, I have to leave a negative review as I pretty quickly started having problems with the two earbuds going out of sync with each other while listening to music or podcasts, and also an annoying drop out of sound of about a second that happened quite frequently.
About 5 months after purchasing the earbuds, one side would stop connecting and charging. At first this could be resolved by "forgetting" them from my phone and reconnecting, but after a while even that did not work anymore. I ended up getting a refund from the store where I purchased them. A disappointing experience, as I have owned several JBL speakers which have never had problems, so I was expecting the same level of quality from the earbuds.
