Great service in busy week
I bought an LG LED UHD TV on cyber Monday. The advert said the price was an in store only offer. The sales person was excellent in his support when I explained that I couldn't make it to shop due to a disability. The process of the purchase was quick and efficient. I requested next day delivery but he advised that he couldn't guarantee next day due to the current high demand. I choose to continue the next day delivery payment with this sound advice. The delivery company used were exceptional in there communication guaranteeing a three hour delivery window. They had a map in the email to allow you to better place the delivery should the postcode not be exact. There were delivery instructions guiding you to help the delivery go smoothly. On arrival the two person team do a dynamic risk assessment before the lift of the large TV to ensure there own safety and the TV's. Excellent purchase from start to finish. Was tempted to drop one star as the price was £70 more than main shops however Richersounds were the only shop that actual had stock of the TV and all the other mainstream stores were advertising a deal they couldn't supply.
