QNED – the next level in picture quality
Welcome to the ultimate LED TV screen technology – QNED. QNED combines LG’s premium NanoCell technology with quantum dot, delivering stunning levels of colour and detail. With up to 30,000 Mini LEDs per panel, definition and realism jumps to the next level.
Next level resolution – 8K
Combining LG’s most powerful processor and their exciting new QNED tech, this 75 inch LG takes it to the next level with Real 8K picture resolution. With four times the resolution of UHD 4K and enhanced brightness, Real 8K gives the picture texture, depth and detail that’s the closest yet to reality.
LG’s powerful new processor - Alpha 9 Gen 4
Capable of automatically detecting and optimising the content you’re watching, LG’s powerful Alpha 9 Gen 4 processor is at the heart of making this TV a spectacular performer. Using AI technology, the picture and sound are optimised to best suit the genre – be it movies, sport, gaming or regular TV. The processor on this 75” LG TV also drives the brilliant AI Picture Pro, AI 8K upscaling and AI Sound Pro.
AI 8K Upscaling makes the most of Full HD and UHD 4K
Thanks to its hugely powerful processor, this LG 8K TV also maximises the potential from your regular FHD (1080p) and UHD 4K media. Covering everything from Blu-rays and TV to games and streaming, upscaling means you get the benefit of 8K pixel definition from all your existing material. Although it can never quite match native 8K, it does give everything else a new lease of life and vitality.
Full Array Dimming Pro
Maximising QNED’s full potential, the 75QNED996PB features Full Array backlighting with Dimming Pro. This gives maximum contrast and the ability to precisely control the darkest and lightest sections of the images. What this means for you is the greatest realism and most natural images possible from an LED screen.
Ultimate detail - Dolby Vision IQ
For ultimate detail, in all environments, this LG QNED TV features Dolby Vision IQ. Dolby Vision IQ version uses data within the signal and light sensors inside the TV to adjust the picture quality for the best contrast. This improves the picture’s brightness, without ‘washing out’ the depth. You get a consistent picture quality, however light or dark your room is. Whether you’re watching a brightly lit sports event or moody movie, Dolby Vision IQ adjusts to suit.
HDR made better, with HDR10 Pro
LG’s powerful processing also helps in getting the very best from HDR10 material. Whether watching movies or gaming with HDR10 games, HDR10 Pro intensifies the regular HDR experience. HDR10 Pro automatically adjusts the brightness, enhancing colour and detail for a more vivid picture.
See the picture exactly as originally intended, with Filmmaker Mode
If you’re mad about movies, you’ll love Filmmaker Mode. Designed in collaboration with filmmakers and Hollywood studios, Filmmaker Mode lets you experience the cinematic vision, exactly as the director intended. Overriding the TV’s own motion and picture processing, Filmmaker Mode presents the correct aspect ratio, colour and frame rate – just as the filmmakers intended.
Game Optimiser with ALLM for a gaming advantage
Game Optimiser utilises a dedicated gaming menu, letting you select and control specific gaming features. Equipped with an HDMI 2.1 interface, this LG TV gets the very best from your choice of gaming source. ALLM (Auto Low Latency Mode) means that your TV automatically adjusts to the optimised settings for gaming – giving you a smoother and faster response.
4.2 speaker system, AI Sound Pro and Dolby Atmos compatible sound
Featuring a built-in, 4.2 speaker system, the 75QNED996PB offers a more immersive sound than the lower models. Power is also up 50% to 60 watts – giving a rich, room-filling sound. Using AI algorithms, AI Sound Pro up-mixes two-channel audio to virtual 5.1 sound – giving a much more immersive sound and enhanced dialogue. With a Dolby Atmos processor built-in this LG 75” TV decodes Atmos sound tracks - giving you the potential for an even more enveloping sound.
Welcome home - LG webOS 6 for the best in smart TV
Widely regarded as one of the best smart TV platforms, LG’s webOS system just keeps getting better. The latest webOS 6 uses your viewing history to recommend a range of shows and movies from across various apps. An improved home page offers improved graphics, with dedicated info and search boxes.
Magic Remote made better
LG’s Magic Remote has always led the field for simple, gesture and voice control. The latest version retains this, while offering direct keys for popular streaming services and a new, cleaner style. Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Disney + and Rakuten TV are all now just the touch of a button away. Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa also get dedicated buttons for simply voice recognition.
The hub of your home entertainment
Featuring LG’s ThinQ AI technology, you can control a Home IoT ecosystem with natural voice recognition. With both Google Assistant and Amazon Alexa built-in, it makes it even easier to control your LG QNED TV and quickly access the entertainment you’re looking for.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Nasenokuk from Super happy and satisfied [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Once you turn on the TV you will notice the picture quality and brightness, everything is sharp and vibrant and what you would expect from 8K, it looks great, simple to set up and easy to learn it’s workings. The TV came in great packaging that if you reassemble, you can use to support it standing up while you attach the stand etc. Couldn't help but be super nervous as the stand just doesn't look like it can support a TV so big, but it does the job. Picture quality is simply unreal. Black to my mind is excellent. This tv has great audio and visual quality, we haven’t bothered to get any sound support. if you are on the fence about this tv then jump off... it's expensive but you do get what you pay for. The only downsides: - expensive - built-in streaming clients don't support 8k content. this is particularly annoying since youtube is one of the few places to get 8k content currently, and i had to use my gaming pc to view it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Appleforbes from Such a beautiful picture [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my husband told me he was buying this TV I thought he was crazy, he tried to explain to me why it was better and I really wasn’t listening. Now that it’s installed I’m totally blown away. The picture quality is incredible, the colours are so clear and vivid and when you play 8K content you feel like you can walk into the picture. Not only that but some of the high quality content almost looks 3D and has depth to it. The TV integrates with Alexa but also has LGs voice assistant built in which works equally as well. Everything about the TV is great and we both absolutely love the purchase. Very happy with the quality

Rated 5 out of 5 by DeeKay from Breathtaking size and outstanding quality [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG 75QNED99 is definitely a huge upgrade from our previous tv. We upgraded from a 65” TV and I was really shocked when compared them side by side, the 75” really does make a big difference. So unless wall mounted, make sure you have a big enough tv stand to support this giant. I was sceptical of 8k televisions since there isn’t a lot of native 8k content out there but this TV does an amazing job at upscaling, always providing a crystal clear image. It also offers great sound quality with the AI Sound Pro settings turned on, making action movies and games more immersive. Speaking of games, thanks to the high refresh rate and vivid colours, this LG TV helps tremendously with making games feel more lively and fluid. Not to mention the brilliant game optimiser which helps reduce latency and allows users to change various settings such as black/white stabilisers. The only thing which left me wanting a little bit more was the contrast, however there are many settings and smart picture modes allowing even the pickiest of users to find the right settings for themselves.

Rated 5 out of 5 by she48 from Enjoying family time [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I will start off by saying I am a big fan of the am blight visual amusement you feel, however, the LG Qned Mini LED image quality is truly next-generation due to Real 8K Finally loading up a TV that displays the true potential of the new gaming consoles confirms that LG and their Game Optimizer have worked wonders. The depths of the blacks alone are something I have never experienced before. From the initial unboxing, ease of setup, gaming style menus, and comfortable remote, I would happily recommend this TV for the average person, and it's a no-brainer for gamers. I like the super slim design, biggest 86-inch Ultra-Large Screen TV hangs beautifully on the wall too. I like the voice activation, especially for those who have difficulty using the remote. The broadcasting system is really useful.

Rated 4 out of 5 by DIPLOFOCUS from Initial reaction to LG 75QNED99 [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Having received the (larger than life!) product & testing it for 3 days in full (at least 10 hour usage with multiple platforms for input) I would review this product as saying it feels fairly similar to my previous 4K UHD LG TV purchased in 2017. The Dolby Atmos can only really be utilised with a good quality surround sound set up (as the TV doesn’t seem to have any inbuilt subwoofer) & the multiple options for TV modes can somewhat be, over complicated. I have tried different settings with Apple Tv, Xbox Series X & direct apps built in to the TV (webOs) however the quality (due to the input) can not really be judged at full 8k (as many providers & software do not yet output at this). I am also not as impressed as I would have expected to be (baring in mind the true price of this product) with the ‘Quantum Dot Nano Cell’ tech- or MiniLed. Overal the picture is great, and due to the size of the screen it really makes it feel like cinema (for everyday programmes & sport). The dark scenes are truly dark & the picture is crystal clear on majority of the settings / input formats tested so far. Gaming feels great (although again, can’t seem to access any 8k content as of yet (although the Dolby vision has enhanced both Xbox series x Nintendo switch ‘experience ‘- especially with the size(!) In terms of ‘out the box’ it was quite an effort for x2 delivery drivers as well as x2 adults trying to assemble. As with many LG ‘stands’ you want to make sure the product is as secure as possible (with fully screwing in the heavy base) prior to finding a table to fit the width & depth for such a heavy item(!) I think the software & user experience within the LG TV could be a bit more user friendly, and even have refreshability / demonstration modes to really ‘show off’ the full capability of the TV. I think as a 3-10 year investment, this TV will only get better over time, with the better / upgraded support in the UK for 8k input & streaming.

Rated 4 out of 5 by gdr4 from I was expecting more... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been tricky to make room for such a big tv in our living room but it's finally installed. Due to its size, 3 people are recommended for the unboxing if you want to go safe and it'll take a good half an hour to take it out the box and assemble the stand. The picture quality is great though I was expecting a bit more considering the RRP of this TV as I can't really see much difference compare to LG OLED I got last year which is 3 times cheaper. I have found myself changing mode more often than I would have liked due to the struggle with the display of dark colours, especially black. I also think its potential is a bit underused since there is very few little content available in 8K to be able to put it to a test. The good thing though is now we can watch it from anywhere in the living room! Pretty much the same feelings with the sound quality as I miss a bit more of power on the bass side so the cinema experience is not really complete without a sound bar. Overall is a good product but considering the RRP it could do better

Rated 5 out of 5 by Anonymous from LG 75QNED99 [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As an upgrade from a 55'' to a 75'' has been great. I have to make some room for this larger screen but so far is great. Managed to use the Cinema option for movies and is great as the Game optimiser as well. Of course for high graphics perhaps you play in the monitor it will be better but for the F1 and other games like that is all good. You still can see a few lights when playing something black on the back but the AI Sounds makes for it, as adjust according what your are watching. Definitely more than happy with the TV so far, great option for Saturday nights with family and friends.

Rated 5 out of 5 by Forbez from Astounding quality image, excellent contrast [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG 75QNED99 is an incredible TV. The panel itself is thin and relatively light for the size. The initial setup is simple and straight forward and the first use blows you away. We wanted to see 8K in all it's glory and went to YouTube to find some 8K content, because your streaming 8K content I really do recommend a wired connection for the TV and with the wired connection and the high end processor we haven't experienced a loading screen or a delay at any point. The screen quality is just incredible, the colours and vivid and bright, the pixels seem non-existent, even standing close up and the contrast and blacks are just incredibly sharp, I'm really struggling to find any negative with this TV apart from the power cable being too short. That aside this TV is the dream. The 8K content has depth and despite it not being 3D, you feel like you could touch the animals or eat the food that comes on the screen. The frame of the TV is tiny and seems non-existent during use and the fact it's low energy too makes this a real winner. We absolutely love the TV and couldn't be happier to have it setup in our living room.
