Easy to setup
I bought this product on sale, and it was more than worth it!
It was very easy and uncomplicated to setup the TV, in the box, which is great!
The colours from the TV are so rich and beautiful!
The remote has a magnetic button, which is very helpful to select things. It is a bit too sensitive however, I wish there was a setting to reduce the sensitivity of the magnetic button.
Only con, would be that the wire/plug is a bit short. Plud, the Web Os is not as creative and colourful, as anticipated.

The wow factor
This is my 3rd LG Oled from Richersounds. B8, B9 and now the C1. I was a Samsung guy until I found Oled. You just can't beat the picture quality of Oleds. I was a little apprehensive the C1 wouldn't have much of an improvement over the B9 but 'wow' was my reaction when I switched on the Ps5. It's noticeably brighter with the ever fantastic clarity. I've bought it purely for playing games so I'm currently unable to comment on other usages.

Got a new tv lgc155
New lg tv is amazing. Had lg before but the new upgrade is insane. Upsales better than my ps5. Also got the Soundbar along with it, the Sp8ya has sound you wouldn’t believe possible. Never had a setup like this before. It’s like going to the cinema. Thank you richer sounds for the tv bundle at a great price.

Great TV C1 best all rounder
I use my C1 for PC and TV coming from older B7 which had developed some faults. The C1 is miles better. Great pic quality packed with features. Gsync 4K 120htz on PC. 4x hdmi 2.1 VRR ALLM. Gaming on PS5 is awesome. Movies on Netflix look great. True blacks brilliant contrast. Sound quality has been improved on the C1 Dolby vision and Atmos bonus. If your on a budget the C1 is a no brainer.

-UI could be snappier but its' not slow
-Not as bright as a top tier QLED (but it's enough) - For a bright room consider QN95A/QN90

-Stand not tall enough for a soundbar (However sound from TV is plentiful)

Pink tint
I had to return 2 sets due to the dreaded uneven pink tint which seems common with current OLED panels. The first affected the right side of the screen, plus there was a green line down the left. The 2nd affected the bottom half of the screen. Thus there was uneven colour with pink tinting across the screens in light scenes, and football patches went from yellowish green to green. The professional reviews never mention this but just Google OLED pink tint. Its also evident on several YouTube reviews but not mentioned.

Brilliant all-round TV
As many have stated before, you will not be disappointed with this TV. The image quality is fantastic, wonderful contrast, inky deep blacks, great vibrant colours, especially when using any HDR content. Great features such as being able to connect multiple Bluetooth devices simultaneously. Any film lover will appreciate the quality of this TV.

Bright colours and fast refresh rate
With the release of the LG C2 the price of the C1 is now a real bargain for a TV with HDR, variable refresh rate and 4 HDMI 2.1 ports. Perfect for Sony Playstation 5 and XBox Series X. The built in Apple TV might even be better than the separate unit.
The team at Richer Sounds made it a quick and easy experience and even provided a price match making it even better value. The 6 year guarantee is worth it.

Excellent TV - Great Quality
I was toying between the C1, C2, G1, G2. In the end I went with the C1 for two reasons. Firstly I wanted a stand, and the G model is wall mount only. Secondly the C1 deal was too compelling as the price had dropped due to the C2 being recently released. I'm very happy with the purchase - the quality of the screen is incredible - and the LG user interface and magic remote are best in class in my opinion. As always Richer Sounds have delivered exceptional customer service.

Amazing TV & service from Richer Sounds!
I got the LG C1 about 3 weeks ago from RS and wow, what a TV! It's my first OLED TV, but based on everything I had heard and seen, I knew I was in for a treat - and it doesn't disappoint!
The main selling point of OLEDs is the 'infinite contrast' producing ink-like black levels - and it lives up to the name! Not the brightest TV so can struggle in VERY brightly lit rooms, especially filled with natural light and all the reflections they bring, but in the main it's still perfectly fine.
The TV is super feature-rich, perfect for movies and gaming, it's a premium price but you get a premium experience to go with it!
I also want to thank Maxim in the telesales team and Sean who helped me with a pricebeat with no problems whatsoever - RS is top notch!

The TV is fantastic
When u buy a new TV I usually buy the latest model however the reviews for this TV was so overwhelming positive across the board that I decided to take the plunge and buy it. I am glad that I did as the picture and the sound is pretty stunning and I have rarely used my soundbar as to me the TVs sound is more than enough for most rooms....the picture is crystal clear once you get your calibrations on point and so far touch wood it will last many years , it has lots of cool features that I keep discovering and there are quite a few tricks you can do with the remote as well that you can learn about on a famous video app. I am very happy with the product

Owned for a couple of weeks now. Worth surfing you tube etc for some advice on how to set up, but the hd pic is simply stunning, not tried £4k yet.
Colour leave something to be desired straight out of the box, but easy enough to adjust to taste with help from those vids, or you can invest in calibration software(!).
Bought as 'last years model' so price, whilst higher than i would usually pay, as great value for money.
Only drawback was courier turned up at 7am!

I nipped to my local RS shop to browse 65" televisions and noticed the LG55C14LB at the excellent price of £899. I was advised to go home and measure height and distance when viewing.,The following days the price of LG65A16LA was decreased to the same £899. After talking to Paul, the Middlesbrough store manager, he advised the difference between the two models and his colleague David actually shown me on a couple of televisions in store. due to the expert advice i recieved i purchased the LG 55, It was deleiverd within three days, was very easy to setup and very clear, Definately chose the right size and model

This Tv is the best TV I Ever owned, the brightness is perfect, the blacks are obviously fantastic.
The Menus are fast and snappy, and if you play Games you gonna be over the moon with this TV.
Plus RicherSounds are professionals and they do good job on explaining anything and everything.

I bought this two weeks ago and the picture is outstanding. On my previous TV the HDR (UHD) picture was not much better than HD but on this model it really stands out. It works well with my Sky Q box and I would recommend using the onboard apps for Netflix, Prime etc.

Great TV, for a great price!
I bought this TV a few weeks ago, and it's the first OLED I've owned as I managed to snap it up at a great deal. Having used it on a daily basis now, the viewing experience is amazing! Have connected it to my 4K Fire TV Stick and the quality is great. The TV itself is very sleek, and slim and looks great on the wall. The customer experience with Richer Sounds was great, kept in the loop with delivery and delivered straight to my door. Would definitely recommend!
