The Pure Direct feature aims to give you the cleanest sound quality by bypassing non-essential circuits. Thanks to MDAX2 you can even restore the quality of compressed MP3 audio – giving greater ‘life’ and ‘depth’ of sound.

Voice control via Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri devices
Controlling a sophisticated AV receiver like this can be baffling for some members of the family, which is why Marantz have made it compatible with Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Siri devices. Simply download the HEOS Home Entertainment Skill app and then just ask Alexa or the Google Assistant to perform basic functions. Using the Apple Home App, Siri voice control from your Apple iOS device brings added functionality over AirPlay 2 – including grouping devices.

HEOS built-in - for the finest multi-room audio
HEOS multi-room music systems connect together by dual-band Wi-Fi, making them easy to set up with your existing home network. Up to 32 HEOS units can be set up at one time, ensuring even the largest of homes are covered for multi-room music. Ideal for pairing with your quality video sources, the NR1510 is compatible with an extensive range of formats. It supports Dolby Vision, HDR10, Dolby, HLG and HDCP 2.2, which means you can play UHD Blu-ray discs and stream UltraHD video in the highest quality. The HDMI sockets allow 4K pass-through, for hassle free switching and viewing without the receiver needing to be on.

Connect more – including a turntable
As well as the six HDMI inputs, the NR1510 has a wide range of connectivity. Both optical and coaxial digital inputs are ideal for connecting older devices or upgrading the sound from a compatible CD/Network player. Three analogue inputs are perfect for Hi-Fi components, with the dedicated MM phono input ideal for plugging in a turntable.

With both Bluetooth and AirPlay 2 connectivity it's easy to connect up all your smartphones, tablets and compatible lap/desktops and stream music wirelessly.
