I went in richer sounds to buy a spare remote for my TV as my son lost the original one and the guys were very helpful.

Only a couple of buttons work
I bought this as I lost my Hisense TV remote...
But the Netflix and You Tube buttons don't work which is the main reason I bought it.
Also noticed that several other buttons don't work too.
The volume, channel, on/off buttons are fine...
