Great picture,great price
I bought this TV two weeks ago. Had a few problems setting it up but now sorted as had to go through my freesat box (satellite dish). Found that the sound from the TV did not match the picture quality but sorted this with a sound bar. Now very pleased with everything except for now having three remotes to use.
Great service in store.

Perfect sized TV with tip top features
Bought this Panasonic to replace at 14 year old Plasma Panasonic also bought from Richer Sounds. How the features and quality of colour and feel of depth to the picture have moved on. Bigger screen in same sized surround allowed the new TV to fit in the same place. Easy to set up and link to the internet and now enjoying what ever we want when ever we want. All coupled with fanastic service from Richer Sounds.

Nice TV
Replaced an old Panasonic. Was able to install it despite the plethora of ways of accessing different channels. It's a bit more complicated but wasn't really a problem. The advice in-store from Richer Sounds really helped us decide what we wanted. We left the store with one option in mind but then realised from what we had been told that we really needed a different solution which we found on the Richer Sounds website. The picture brightness and colour contrast was a big improvement

Purchased this to replace an older Panasonic model. Picture crystal clear; screen size perfect for a larger room; faster processor means bringing up menus and Freeview pages is very fast. Great delivery service. Overall another 5 stars for Richer Sounds.

Excellent Picture & Features, Easily Customisable
I broke my plasma, so initially bought a Sony Bravia KE-48A9: Found it hard to live with, so got this instead - much better. This Pana's picture settings are extremely versatile - important for photography; with perfectly natural (neutral?) results. Besides RGB gain, background and hue settings (I only had to adjust the first two), there are a host of settings for HDR, gamut (not just sRGB or Adobe), HDMI etc - but I didn't need to touch any of these - you would use a colorimeter if unsure. I watch movies in a darkened room, which shows up picture vunerabilities. In the case of lower resolution Freeview transmissions (Legend, Film4 etc), some dark scenes on the Sony showed black moving patches which I could not properly adjust out, this Panasonic did not (like a plasma). Also, the Sony wouldn't go quite dark enough in the highlights in a darkened room for me, and took a great deal of fiddling - unlike this Panasonic. The remote control defaults operating via bluetooth (no aiming); however, it can work via infra-red, so you can use a learning remote with bigger buttons, more devices etc. The Sony can only work bluetooth, so you are stuck with its (tiny) buttons and layout. This Panasonic can be customisable, so that, for example, in my case, the master 'HOME' remote button shows my AV Amp, Computer and USB stick to switch to (I do not use the TV's TV tuning - I use a couple of recorders into the amp). Another remote button is configured to change picture mode easily. You can change them, for example, to easily select NetFlix or YouTube or TV. This means no messing with menus for common functions. There are a lot of internet Google Play etc apps to use - I do not use them, so cannot judge. The Sony constantly showed a message like 'Now let's set up your Google login for the apps - Continue'; I don't use these but the message stayed - didn't see how to cancel. In this Pana, game players are accommodated with adjustable lag times. The TV is quite fast in its responses generally, for example, photos on the USB stick pop up quickly (unlike the Sony which is slow in this). I did not consider an LG because they sent my sister with a model where the USB sockets wouldn't work properly until 3 months later after a software upgrade, and now the HDMI sockets are loose/dodgy - so production control & design must be lacking.
I wasn't interested in the sound since I use the optical out to the AV amp, but it sounded comparatively poor like the Sony and most other slim TVs.
This TV is an improvement over the higher-end plasmas in my opinion (ST, VT series).
All in all, this TV suits me very well, so I am very pleased.

New Panasonic OLED TV
I bought this TV due to a colour deterioration problem with my previous (just over 6 years old!) TV. Although slightly more than I was anticipating for a new TV, I am glad I bought it. The colour is superb and sound clarity excellent. It is just the right size for my room (48 in) and was so easy to set up.
Not much to add really, except one minor problem - after pausing certain recorded programmes, ones featuring old film clips such as those on the Talking Pictures channel, on resumption the voice is out of sync with the picture. And this continues if I change channel. Turning the TV off and on again clears the problem. I understand it is happening with TVs generally as they become more sophisticated.

Great TV with excellent OLED features
This 48” TV is a replacement for a 40 Panasonic LED from 5 years ago and what a difference! It is easy to set up. I use a Filmmaker picture mode/warm2 set up. Other screen settings are as supplied out of the box. I find the sound to be quite adequate with a bit more base than I had with the last TV.
The stand was very straightforward - the feet were a simple friction fit - no screws or awkward mounting procedure.
I ordered from Richer Telesales and the salesperson was really good, answering all my questions thoroughly.
Overall I am delighted with my purchase.
