Recently bought a 65 inch ambilight tv and l am very impressed with the quality of the tv and the service from Richersounds. Tv automatically sets the picture to the one envisaged by the director and gives a quality picture every time. Easy to set up goid delivery service 10 out of 10.

I love the TV the ambilight is amazing i love how it changes to what your watching the picture quality is really good for a LED TV and the sound is also amazing the only the issues I have come across is the wire is very short so I had to get a extra extension lead and it's hard to plug in to the TV

After ordering a TV from AO which came smashed to peices and there terrible customer service. I opted for richer sounds as my parents always have used them.i ordered a 65" Phillips which got delivered just a few days later in perfect condition the the delivery team were excellent.i would also like to mention that I turned up to the shop a little earlier then there opening time a staff member answered the door and allowed me to purchase the tv seamlessly.the tv came with a 6 year guarantee instead of the 1 year with AO.I can't recommend this store and the whole staff from start to finish enough.
