Rated 5 out of 5 by Manjit4307 from Fantastic TV all round Love this tv which I purchased with a Denon sound bar. The ambilight effects are simply awesome. I always stuck to Sony but Phillips have changed by buying habit on TVs. Richers Sounds - brilliant as usual. My family has purchased from them for years and the installers Phil and Jeff - what brilliant and customer orientated staff they are - they are an asset.

Rated 5 out of 5 by FaTaLiiTYz from Awesome TV, Excellent Picture, Feature Packed. Ambilight was a factor in my purchase which looks great. Lots of features included for the money. If it had HDMI 2.1 it would have been perfect. Sorry about the gap under the TV im waiting for my center to arrive.

Rated 2 out of 5 by moviebuff2804 from Good 4k picture but SAPHI system ruins experience Why in this day and age can TVs not all have basic user interfaces which work?? I am happy with the screen and features of this set (for the price) but Philips have clearly saved money on the SAPHI system which is utter rubbish and has been replaced on newer sets with Android... I mean they advertise it with the following words which I think infringe the trade description act "SAPHI is a fast, intuitive operating system that makes your Philips Smart TV a real pleasure to use. Operate your TV with ease, and quickly navigate to popular Philips Smart TV apps including YouTube, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Video".... honestly, SAPHI simply does not do what the advertising says - unless I have a defective set, of course. Navigation between apps is very slow and often freezes when switching between them - I also have an LG OLED which has almost instantaneous navigation and never hangs or crashes when switching between Netflix, Prime, iPlayer etc. The Netflix app itself (v5.1) randomly stops sending Atmos signals and requires resetting to restore sound when new titles are selected (as shown in attached Youtube video). Many, many people have complained about SAPHI being slow and crashing so why can't Philips fix it? I work in IT and basic GUI development is among the simplest application development there is... but sadly Android, WebOS and others do it so much better with intuitive, slick user experiences. A real shame Philips have skimped in this area as it seriously impacts the overall viewing pleasure of an otherwise good TV. NB: I have installed all the latest updates so it is not an out-of-date firmware issue (well actually it is, it desperately needs a comprehensive firmware update !!)
