We have been encouraging our customers to do just that for years because, not only are our prices significantly cheaper than our competitors, but just look at what else we include:
Free loan machine (Subject to availability. Only if taken back to store)
Should you encounter a problem, just ask and you'll be provided with a unit to ensure you're not without music whilst your equipment is being fixed.
Like for like machine if unit is unrepairable
If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.
Free routine service / Maintenance checks
have your unit serviced as often as you wish, free of charge, during the 6 year period. (Normally excluded from extended guarantees).
45 day cooling off period
If you're not happy with our 6 Year Supercare package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.
If you use the policy in the 6 years, you'll have saved yourself tens and perhaps hundreds of pounds. If you don't use it... IT WON'T COST YOU A THING!*
* Simply return your unused Supercare policy within one month of the expiration date, and we'll refund the price of your warranty.

Great BUT NOT Wireless
Bought Freesat HD Box, went to plug in to find that it has to be linked with an Ethernet cable to the broadband hub or an extension. Luckily I had hotspot extensions so was able to wire up and use.
Not too complex to set up but it is running at an hour behind the current time. No settings will allow us to change the time so will make a call to Humax tomorrow to find out.
Now have lots of extra channels and a much better picture but product by no means perfect!

Good value - lots of features and quality images for the money
Having previously owned an HDR-1000S 500GB Freesat recorder, which was terrific for 3 years until the internal storage disc very disappointingly died, I have given HUMAX a second chance. I've replaced the HDR 1000S with this HB1000S which does everything the HDR 1000S did except that it has no internal storage for recording or pausing programmes. However you can connect an external USB disc and turn it into a Freesat recorder and in fact my new unit is now just as good, with the benefit that if my hard disc dies, I can plug in another. Every aspect of the HB1000S is excellent. Good HD picture quality, brilliant Freetime facility to scroll backwards or forwards in time to replay (via iPlayer etc.) or record previous or future programmes (using my plug-in USB disc), and an intuitive interface. An excellent product, so long as it lasts more than 3 years (though for only £10 I did take out the 6 year warrantee, just to be sure!

HUMAX HB 1000S
This really is a great Freesat box. It is easy to set up, has a very pleasing menu and is simple to use. The images and sound are excellent and it collects all the available stations effortlessly. This, with Roll Back TV, and the various catch-up players, makes it a very clever and affordable piece of kit for those who are fed up with paying hefty subscriptions for Sky. The set feels well made as does the stylish remote control. All in all an excellent purchase.

All I hoped for and more
Just migrated from Sky SD and the picture quality and accessibility are vastly superior. Remote control very intuitive and logical. 6 years guarantee for £9.99 has to be an absolute bargain.

A no-brainer for someone with a Sky dish but is no longer with Sky
Our Panasonic (5 years old) has Freeview and Freesat, the Samsung is Freeview only. Adding this on has made a huge difference and the interface is much more user friendly. Small and discrete, it takes up little room and seems unfazed even if you deny it a direct line-of-sight from the remote control. Picture quality is excellent.
