USB Turntable

  • USB sockets allow you to do all sorts of things. Most commonly you can play media stored on a flash drive, but some units can record to one too or connect accessories like video-calling cameras.
  • The quiet signal that comes off the needle of a record player needs the extra boost of a phono stage to be heard. This unit has one built-in, though an external unit may well offer better quality.

All our web prices are valid in-store

This page is intended to demonstrate the incredible value of our 6 Year Supercare. Under recent legislation, we are obliged to point out that you obviously do not need to purchase an extended warranty at the same time you purchase your electrical goods and are entitled to shop around. We have been encouraging our customers to do just that for years because, not only are our prices significantly cheaper than our competitors, but just look at what else we include:

Free loan machine (Subject to availability. Only if taken back to store)
Should you encounter a problem, just ask and you'll be provided with a unit to ensure you're not without music whilst your equipment is being fixed.

Like for like machine if unit is unrepairable
If, for any reason, we are unable to repair your unit, we'll replace it. Naturally, models do change so, while we can't guarantee that it will be the same model, we do guarantee that it will have equivalent specifications.

Free routine service / Maintenance checks
have your unit serviced as often as you wish, free of charge, during the 6 year period. (Normally excluded from extended guarantees).

45 day cooling off period
If you're not happy with our 6 Year Supercare package just ask for a full refund - no questions asked. After 45 days, providing no claim has been made, you can also terminate the agreement and receive a pro-rata refund.

If you use the policy in the 6 years, you'll have saved yourself tens and perhaps hundreds of pounds. If you don't use it... IT WON'T COST YOU A THING!*

* Simply return your unused Supercare policy within one month of the expiration date, and we'll refund the price of your warranty.

Built and finished to the highest standards, the Teac TN300 appeals to the discerning vinyl fan.

Quality construction for the best sound quality

Like all the best turntables, the Teac TN300 puts the highest engineering quality above bells and whistles. Starting with the chassis, a solid MDF construction is used for mass damping and reduced distortion. The belt driven, die-cast aluminium platter is also of audiophile quality. This is connected to a stainless steel spindle with bronze housing, giving low resistance and high durability. A high torque motor offers stable and consistent speed for a solid and dynamic sound.

High grade tonearm
The tonearm follows the same principles as the main turntable base in offering top quality engineering for the best sound. Metal construction, low resistance bearings and adjustable weight and anti-skating make this a proper audiophile grade design.

Audio Technica cartridge included
The final piece of impressive spec on this turntable is the inclusion of an Audio Technica AT95E cartridge. Highly regarded in its own right, it's a great bonus to have this bundled in with the turntable. With its elliptical-shaped stylus, this award-winning cartridge provides a balanced and distortion-free sound that's also kind to your records in terms of its low wear rate.

Built-in phono stage and USB Connectivity
With a built-in phono stage, this Teac turntable can be plugged into any amp or AV receiver with standard phono inputs. Furthermore, a USB output allows you to copy records straight on to your computer hard disk from where it's easy to download music straight on to your MP3 player or stream to other hi-fi.

Choice of luxurious finishes
Matching its high standard of performance, the choice of finishes is truly luxurious. Choose from traditional cherry wood or black or try something a little different with the vivid red or ice white versions. Whichever you choose, the TN300 is quite the attention grabber.

Give your vinyl collection a new lease of life with a turntable that sounds every bit as good as it looks - and then some!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great turntable for Sonos I was trying to find a turntable that would link to my Sonos system. In store assistance pointed me in direction of anything with a pre-amp. The Teac TN300 looks great, easy to set up (you'll need an extra cable with a 3.5mm jack for Sonos) and so far, working well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Pleased with purchase I bought this turntable to replace an old Pioneer PL 112D which has provided good service over many years. I looked at the TN300 after reading many technical reviews and was impressed with its looks. I thought it was available in traditional black only but when I saw the cherry model the choice was obvious, it is a beautiful addition to my stereo set-up. Quick delivery and well packaged.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from A delight to use So far so good with this player after 2 months. It is very easy to use and have had no issues with it so far. The looks are very striking, especially in the cherry red finish I chose. The player itself is solidly built and is very sturdy. The set-up was fairly straightforward, no issues with the instructions and hooked up nicely to my micro hi-fi system using an adapter (not available from Richer Sounds). First playing of one of my records from the eighties was a dream, hearing the popping and crackles, certainly brought back memories. The only downside is that I never compared it to other players in the shop so I can't comment on how good it is on the sound & £300 is a little overpriced. I chose this player based on online reviews only & seemed to have good consistent feedback. If I had spent £100 less on a different player would I have got the same clarity, etc as this, I don't know or if I had spent another £100 would I have got a better sound. Overall, I would recommend it!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Purchase with care Having decided to buy back into the world of vinyl, having been away for 30+ years, I did my research and while this is not the best in our price range it is still awesome and definitely the most stylish - white gloss furniture with a cherry turntable looks stunning Having connected it all up, and this is where the purchase with care comes in, with all the research I did, even on the TEAC website, I would have to say that the USB connectivity is not very clear - it is ONLY for recording onto a PC. I would add that when picking up the turntable and explaining our set up to the salesman, he advised me to go to Maplins to get the right length of USB cable and when I called to say the set up was not working the salesman had to go and check so clearly the staff are not sure about this feature either. That said, we then bought a Pioneer amp and Bronze 2 speakers and not only does it sound AWESOME it also brings back the "event" of playing music
