High quality through minimalist design
Audio Technica have kept the design of the LPW30TK as simple as possible. The manual deck features just a speed control (33/45) and tonearm lift for a clean design and the least distortion. By keeping the design as simple but high quality as possible, the audio signal remains pure, reducing distortion and promoting a pure, natural sound.
Widely adjustable tonearm
The hydraulically damped tonearm makes using this deck a pleasure. The arm is also widely adjustable – including weight and anti-skating. Along with the detachable headshell, this makes it easy to upgrade the cartridge and fine tune for the best sound possible.
Audio Technica cartridge supplied
The fitted Audio Technica AT-VM95C makes an excellent starter cartridge. It features a good quality conical stylus for durability and low wear and tear on your records. With a wide range of upgrade VM95 styli to choose from, it’s also easy to improve the sound – simply by sliding on a new stylus.
Connect to almost any hi-fi – with built-in phono pre-amp
With a phono pre-amp built-in, the AT-LPW30TK connects to almost any hi-fi or speaker system. The phono pre-amp boosts the signal to line level, meaning you can connect it to any device with an AUX input. If you’d rather use your amp’s phono pre-amp, then simply switch off the turntable’s one.
Unique teak
At the heart of this turntable is an anti-resonance, MDF plinth with simulated teak wood veneer. This helps the deck blend in with your furniture and makes a change from the more usual black turntables.

Getting my vinyl going again
Bought the Audio technica turntable, Cambridge AX25 amp and Wharfedale diamond 9 speakers from Cardiff R.S. and really help me in the store Andy as I didn't have a clue what I needed so helped alot. Just set everything up sounds great. Been cleaning the records and going back to my youth. Easy to use turntable. Rated 4 stars as I do miss auto return.

Just about perfect!
I have been listening to and enjoying vinyl since Boston released it's self named album way back. Unfortunately, my long lived and cherished Linn Axis has developed capacitor issues in its power board, and this rather lovely turntable is its replacement. It ticks all of the boxes. It is very stylish, it is well built, the controls feel very good and it even smells nice!
Of course, the main question is, does it sound good? Yes, yes it does. It sounds superb across a very broad range of music. And I have been giving it quite some workout. Clean up the vinyl, put this on a decent stand and let the tunes rip. Also does Mozart, Rachmaninoff, Rimsky Korsakoff and 12 inch singles.

Great service and great hi-fi product
I had been looking for a turntable to add to use in my home radio studio for some time. I did not want to spend a fortune but also wanted to buy something that sounded decent and looked good as well. After looking at some independent reviews and also at the reviews on this website I opted for an Audio Technica one. It was delivered very quickly, came in perfect condition as it was well boxed and presented. After a couple of minutes it was hooked up and being used on my radio show playing old vinyl I have been holding onto for years. In short - the service, delivery and the product has not disappointed. Personally Richer Sounds is a brand I trust whether in store or online.
