Fantastic value
I have a sound bar that cost over £1000 more than this but the difference is almost negligible (the bass is just a little tighter). This is extremely good value and highly recommended.

Excellent team and good products
I bought a soundbar and Blu-ray player recently from the Maidstone store after a quick discussion on the phone prior to arrival.
Item itself is well priced and I’m even being granted an additional £150 cash back due to a special promotion. The item is nicely sized, generates a good enough soundstage for what I wanted and looks really sleek.
John was a great help, provided useful input and sorted Everything within a good space of time.
Would definitely use Richer Sounds again

WARNING THIS SOUNDBAR WON'T FIT UNDER TV
What Samsung don't tell you is this Soundbar doesn't fit under a Samsung TV even 55-inch because the TV legs hit it as its far too long even though they falsely advertise it with it there images and videos. Its a huge design fault by Samsung which in all honesty is surprising considering Samsung. Guess the designer did no QC and Samsung just went with with.
According to Samsung Support its only meant for wall mounted TVs which is not shown anywhere. The sound is OK even with the subwoofer and rear speakers not as good as Bose. I'm sending it all back and going back to trusty Bose.

Liked the lads in the shop in Sheffield. Keen to help. Was told they’d call back next day to solve an issue I had but they never did. Would certainly use again though

Bought this sound bar just 2 weeks ago along with the QE55S95B OLED TV. With very little set up instructions (other than how to fix to the wall) it took some time to get it working. (note: it will not work without a very good quality HDMI cable - not supplied- a fact only discovered after trawling forums. It's difficult to know whether the issue is with the tv or the sound bar, but the connections often drop and when working the sound is only average at best. Pulling the tv stand away from the corner of the room to do a hard reset is getting tiring. The remote that comes with this is an exercise in minimalism, and as such just not fit for purpose. Final word; PLEASE provide proper instructions as to set the thing up, with so many options a clue would be helpful.

Not great with Sky Q. It often goes out of sync when watching something in UHD even when plugged into the eARC port.
