Spot on and some nice Quality of life features.
So had this about a month now, after having loads of issues with a JBL bar. Thankfully the Samsung has none of the same issues. The mode settings are good, no issues with drop out. Sound quality is also far superior, especially with vocals. No messy set up, it worked perfectly out of the box. Phone app functions correctly and allows you to tune the bass down. Paired with LG C9, no compatibility issues, but only plus/minus shows on TV sound graphic. All told, I am delighted with the purchase and the service from Richer Sounds was spot on as always. They are the go to store when buying premium new electronics.

Great Overall with a Few Minor Issues
An excellent soundbar combo for the price, really solid hardware and gives great audio overall, especially with surround sound content.
A couple of relatively small issues prevent it being 5-star though:
-Very occasional audio drop outs for a second or so.
-Not being the best when it comes to straight up music playback.
-Automatic switching to Game mode sound when the TV changes to game mode, but not switching back to the previous mode when leaving game mode on the TV.

Great Surround System
Have had this for over a month now and it is a fantastic system. Excellent powerful surround sound, this system is capable of filling a very large room. I've had none of the wireless dropout issues sometimes mentioned with this system. The smart things app is also very useful. All this plus great service from the Manchester store.

Big bang for your bucks
A very popular sound system but Richer Sounds managed to source me one quickly. Very impressed, looks nice, easy to set up and sounds incredible! The surround speakers are beefier than expected with upfiring speakers, the sub is real cherry with quality range and deep lows.
Design issue: the screen on the front of the soundbar is about the size of a postage stamp, which makes it the most awkward system for setting changes and displaying any information

Affordable Atmos
Absolutely love this soundbar paired with the 65" S95B. It's perfect for my living room and ATMOS content sounds amazing on Netflix. The XBOX Series X works really well with the TV and Soundbar combo too.

amazing sound - blows you away
why am I being asked to ammend my review ? it feels like this goes against the idea of having reviews in the first place... ?!?
I had an old samsung 5.1 surround system and always thought that was good and that a soundbar could never match a proper set of separate speakers. boy was I wrong. this system is insane. at 40% less than the top end 990b you get an amazing audio experience that complements my Oled LG with mind blowing atmos effects. better than in cinema.
it's very easy to set up, connects smoothly and works with my ps5 and xbox using eARC. I can even control the it using the TV remote and Alexa worked out of the box.
the only negative point would be that the power supply cables are very short that is especially a problem for the rear speakers. fortunately you can buy longer ones from Amazon quite cheaply. 1.5m isn't really enough unless you want your room covered in extension leads.

Brilliant sound from a stylish system
If you want the cinema to come to your front room, this soundbar is for you. Very loud, lots of features. So much better being wireless for the rear speakers. Would recommend Richer sounds great service and with 6yrs warranty. Delivery service is very efficient too.
