Been going to the richest Sounds store in Newcastle for over 20 years from hi-fi equipment MiniDisc the flat screen TVs you always get a top quality product yeah and if there is a problem they are always keen to sort out good advice friendly service and a nice little car park space outside for collections

Lovely Picture
Our first Samsung as previously bought LG's, and so far very pleased. Picture quality very good and sound fine, but would obviously be improved with a sound bar.
Unsure why it comes with two remotes, as one would do, and a shame that there's no TV guide on it unlike the old LG.
Overall pretty happy, and even a couple of comments from visitors expressing how good the picture is!

Delighted
We purchased this TV 3 months ago and have been delighted with it. Picture quality is superb but can't judge the sound quality as we use an external surround sound receiver. TV extremely easy to set up and use.

Great picture
I bought this a few weeks ago to replace a similar LG model. The interface and graphics are fantastic. Since my last purchase (2019) TV’s have become increasingly more slimline to the detriment of sound quality. It’s not isolated to this model or manufacturer but couldn’t believe how needed a sound bar is. It’s a must!
