Good screen quality, lacking audio quality
The TV was bought last year, so this review is coming after approximately a year of use, give or take a month or so.
The video quality of the screen appears to be very good, although occasionally it can be a little bit on the dark side. It is currently in use with a 4K Fire Stick, an ageing Blu-Ray player that still miraculously works after almost ten years in use, and a Nintendo Switch.
The real issue with this TV is the audio, and I've seen several other people online agree with this assessment.
On our previous Samsung TV, we had multiple adjustment options in the settings that made it easy to get balanced volume and fine-tune things to your preferences. These mainly included things like Clear Voice or similar, and Night Mode (which was an ear-saver for me, as I am very sensitive to volume changes).
This TV has NONE of these. On all three preset options, dialogue can be inaudible to almost completely silent, while special effects are blasted out so loudly that it's almost impossible to watch any film/movie or TV show without clutching the remote and hovering over the volume button the whole time. We have tried adjusting the equaliser settings over and over in different combinations, using Amplify, Auto Volume, Standard, Adaptive, and we have come to the conclusion that it is virtually impossible to get dialogue to be audible without everything else being far too loud. We are in the process of buying a non-Samsung soundbar or set of speakers because we no longer trust Samsung to give us effective control over our audio experience.
I did contact Samsung about this, and they were unable to be of any assistance. They simply asked me to try all of the things that I had already tried already. If they would like to release firmware to add these features to the TV, I would be happy to receive them, but for now, I cannot recommend this TV to anyone who wants a good audio experience out of the box without already owning their own set of speakers.

Would freeze quicker than my freezer
1st one I purchased had to be returned, froze every time I tried to set it up. Spent 3 hrs doing a soft reset. Finally gave up & tried to perform a complete reset, gues what? It froze again. In the end it had to go even just for my sanity. Samsung where great, picked it up within 2 days (it was a Saturday) then took 8 days to be received by the warehouse, then another 5 days to get a replacement sorted. Delivered again within 4 days.
Put the 2nd tv on the wall ready to set up, guess what? It froze again, seemed to be when setting up netflix( don't know why) had to perform a factory reset. Deleted samsung tv, didn't set up netflix. Seemed to work. Finally to the plunge, set up netflix. All good so far.
Have 5 other Samsung tvs, never had a problem. Why this one? Is it a 2021 issue,

I love the clear picture, the sound is ok. So must buy a sound bar. Instant picture when turned on. The quick remote is a handy thing to have as well as the normal remote. All together for a low end priced tv it's brilliant.

Brilliant pictures Brilliant sound, only disappointing issue wont work with Alexa been on the phone 4 times to Samsung each time over 1hr, still no joy sent me 2 Smart Remotes and none work with Alexa i presume its the TV

Fantastic TV
Very easy to set up, I purchased the soundbar and subwoofer for a full cinema feel it took my son and myself around 30 minutes to compleat.
It`s also very easy to use even my 7 yr old grandson can use it with ease,but after saying that he has a photographic memory, you only have to show him something once and he`s set, but there are so many features on this tv, I am still finding new things all the time, highly recommend.

Awful Sound Quality
Sound on the 43" Q60A is like listening to the TV through your mobile phone speaker. Device is unusable without a sound bar. Expect far better from Samsung, this is a real step back compared to my previous Samsung TV.
