Dont buy it
I bought this TV in October 22. I am a big Samsung fan so I was expecting great things. Sadly, out of the box it failed to impress as the "frames" were nothing different than if you bought a TV of the colour you wanted. Next the set up.. Connection box has no ethernet so has to be wifi. Wifi worked for a few days and then started dropping out . I dont use the smart TV function that much so didnt notice or bug my to statr with...just reset the TV and off we go. The Picture function is useless. The art has to be paid for which is a small grumble but even when i decided to buy some, there was noting i liked. I tried to upload a photo...Had to use USB !!!! ..did that and loaded onto the screen...huge boarder around the edge. I then mentally wrote off the extra cost of the "functions" and just decided to never use them and just use it as a TV (my fault for not checking before buying) anyway, since then it has been the most frustrating device i have interacted with for a long while...it just doesnt work...it drops wifi, ignores the remote control and any HMDI device i try to connect to it..i call RS they suggested I send it for repair... read a few other peoples reviews and troubles with this TV and decided to just throw it away....life is too short for this

AVOID 32"
Extremely disappointed, as we had a larger frame from 2019 in our lounge and loved the seamless approach of it- we decided to go for the same in our bedroom but opting for the 32" as it is just a bedroom tv so do not want this to dominate the space. Having saved hard for this, we were heartbroken to see that not only does it not come with the invisible cable but also if you want to watch the actual tv you still have to plug the coaxial aerial cable in the back of the TV - WHATS THE POINT OF THE ONE BOX? it does nothing other than plug in to power, which at this point what difference would a 3rd cable in the tv make. We are now frustratingly trying to work out how we can hide the cables by have to cut holes in our wall....but the cables provided are too short anyway! I don't see why when paying a fortune for a TV just because it's smaller it and the customer should be treated any differently. It is purchased for the features of looking like a picture on the wall, which when there are loads of cables protruding from the TV is not the case. Not everyone wants massive TVs all the time, the product provided should be the same as you plaster all over your advertising. A total mis-sell and has put me off purchasing anymore samsung products in future having once been advocate of Samsung. Paying the cost of the features but not getting any of them.

Great little tv, perfect for a small space
Great little tv, good picture quality and it sits flush to the wall so is perfect in our kitchen. The separate ‘box’ is pretty small and we bought a small wall bracket from Amazon to mount this on the wall. Alternatively it could go on the floor.

Great Idea – Shame About the Spec
The Frame 32" is an appealing product with QLED technology in a smaller screen suited to smaller living rooms. Although designed as a wall mounted device, I'm using it as a conventional free-standing TV. The separate OneBox unit facilitates easier connection than a conventional TV and the picture quality is good despite being HD rather than 4K with good contrast and deep blacks aided by the non-reflective screen surface. However the 32" One Box has just two HDMI outputs and no headphone output for connection to external amplifier and speakers. This lack of connectivity requires that a HDMI hub is used for multiple inputs ( e.g. DVD player; Amazon Firestick) as well as a dedicated HDMI to Phono box for connection to a conventional 2-channel audio system. Also, after a fortnight of ownership, I'm still working out how to use the art display mode and its dedicate remote control. The user manual is hopeless and one has to rely upon trial and error to produce results! This model would be unbeatable if it were 4K resolution at just over £400.00.

Ok but let down in a few key areas
Nice TV but let down in a few areas.
Firstly it doesn't come with the same interface box and cable as the bigger TV's. So you get less HDMI inputs, the aerial has to go direct to the tv (so 2 wires) and a chunky grey wire instead of the invisible one. Thus pretty much negating the whole point of this tv over any other which is meant to be how it blends in and looks like a picture instead of a tv. For what, to save a few quid on production costs? Surely it would cost more to make 2 different connector boxes!! Pointless penny pinching.
Secondly the UI isn't great, bit slow and clunky. Some apps take a long time to load after you turn the tv on. Then it starts to play some random channel in the background when you are in the menu. So i turned the Samsung tv feature off, the channels are all rubbish anyway.
Lastly, the art menu is way too intrusive. It should be a background feature. But turning the tv on either from the art screen, or from standby after the art screen, it turns on into the art menu screen instead of the media screen, and the home button takes you to the high level menu not the media menu, which is where you'll want to go 99% of the time. Instead you have to go left down down (past game mode, which you can't seem to remove) then enter, into media, every time you turn the tv on. Probably to try and push you into the ridiculous pricing of samsung art.
Lastly the channel 4 app doesn't have live tv. I guess Samsung cheaped out on the app.
It's a shame as otherwise it's fine tv. However if i was buying again i would save the money and get a better tv for less money elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this tv to anyone.

Really like it!
I purchased this TV for a smallish bedroom and it works really well. The "invisible" cable isn't invisible as others have said, but I have successfully managed to hide this in the wall and so the TV looks great on the wall, lovly and flush to the wall and especially in Art mode. Good sound, good screen, as a small TV for a bedroom it's really good. Not the cheapest, but it looks very nice. Extra TV picture mounts received from Richer Sounds the following morning by courier.
As always great service from Richer Sounds who were very helpful and informative.
