However, your staff at Cardiff were very helpful and the buying experience was very good. Likewise the set fired up painlessly and seems to have very good picture and sound quality for a very reasonable price. So far so good.

I didn't want one of the 'Curved' screen TV's (we spent years going from convexed TV screens to flat screen, now they want us to move to concave screens!) The setting up is very easy, the picture quality is fantastic. What more can I say. Going to need a 2nd TV in a couple of months (though somewhat smaller) so will be going back to Richersounds to try and get same but smaller if possible.

We changed from a 50inch LG plasma to this and the difference is phenomenal. The picture quality is super sharp on HD content and my Xbox one looks amazing. So much better than the plasma. The price was also really good and richer Sounds matched the John Lewis website and as it came with a 6 year guarantee we went with them. Would definitely recommend this TV. Can't comment on the smart features because we just use our Sky Q.

The picture is excellent and sound much better than old TV. Functionality easy to use - was up and working with the home wifi in minutes. Overall a great upgrade.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from New Buy. Love this THING, but, the USB ports are a problem for me, They did originally recognise my flash drives and play the music. I now insert a flash drive it shows that it is there and how much space is taken and is left. BUT the screen shows the note `Not recognised` no content`, this happens on all drives How can I get the flash drives to play?? The rest of the tele is fantastic.
