Large budget screen required
I was looking for a decent large screen for occasional viewing only, hence attempting to keep the price down. The staff were knowledgeable, informed and helpful in narrowing down the choice to their recommended item after a short discussion about my precise needs and requirements. True to their word, the Samsung 55 I bought provided a great picture, surprisingly good features at very reasonable cost. Very pleased with the experience, especially as it saved me a lot of time, otherwise spent on doing my own research and viewings

Great TV with Excellent Customer Service
I had bought a LG Tv just short of 6 years ago from Richer Sounds and it came with the 6 year warranty with it. Just recently the backlight stopped working. I contacted RS CS and they arranged for a technician to come and look at it. It was deemed unrepairable. RS gave me back credit towards a new TV. So I purchased the Samsung after a few months as we had a spare tv to use for the time being. The CS team were so good. They found the credit on my account and sorted out the price and delivery really quick. Delivery was smooth and on time. Setting up the to was easy too and the picture is amazing since I was moving to a 4K display from an 1080P HD. Xbox 4K and netflix looks so good. As well as upscale shows. Deffo a worth while buy without having to break the bank balance.

Good value.my wife put her foot through the screen of our previous set. Also from RIcher sounds, less than 2 years ago.
This set has a lot more fiddly features which we could do without.It does however have a great picture

Nice TV but no UHD
Very easy to use it's a shame it's had to go for repair already because of the picture dropping out in UHD be it football on sky or a 4k disc sound but no picture. So not a great start to my Samsung experience.

Excellent television that was amazingly easy to set up. The picture is amazing for the price and the sound is decent from TV speakers. Some faffing to turn off the smoothing, so that everything doesn't look like an american soap opera, but easy enough to do. Very pleased overall, and you can't go wrong at this price!

Warning stay clear of Samsung TV. Myn broke in a year and had nothing but lies from them, engineers came out wrong parts was ment to be back today but part hasn't even arrived so no TV over festive holidays. Don't think a year old TV should be getting repaired eny way
