If I’m honest I don’t love it it has no Bluetooth connection after I already owned a Bluetooth sound bar I bought it as it advertised add a sound bar yes I should off looked into it more but very disappointing that a tv of its quality doesn’t have it so my sound bar is surplus as I’ve got all the wires hidden away behind false walls so a speaker wire on show is not what I’m after

When I first got my tv loved it then pow no sound at all wasn't happy ready to send TV back, then I rang Samsung Sunday morning will little help from lovely person he helped me with my tv. Sound came back he did it all on my tv, me watching tiny arrow did its magic. Thanks guys

Fantastic tv - works well with Sound bar also
We bought this tv sometime ago, after I previously purchased a smaller Samsung a few years before that for my apartment.
They new 50’’ tv takes pride of place in our family home living room - interfaces with our friend Blu-ray/dvd player when we’re keeping it vintage - as well as having access to all the major subscription services (including YouTube)
5/5 every time with Samsung to be fair for the price **double thumbs up**

Awful, falsely advertised
Of the reasons why this TV caught my attention was the fact that it’s apparently compatible with Amazon Echo. This would reasonably lead you to believe that the TV has Bluetooth - as you would for anything that connects with Amazon Echo - but in fact, it’s as compatible with Amazon Echo as it is with any other speakers on the planet, in that, you need cables to connect them to the TV and there are only 2 HDMI ports, so you can’t play PlayStation with surround sound via Amazon speakers because there aren’t enough ports. So you need to buy a Amazon device for it to live up to how it’s advertised. It also isn’t compatible with Disney+ which is another reason why you will need a smart device, which you shouldn’t expect to have to do with a Smart TV. Also very laggy and slow performance which I don’t expect for a TV that isn’t cheap. I’ve never been a fan of Samsung products, but that was the mobile devices and tablets, so was real hoping to have my mind changed with the TV. Unfortunately, this has not happened. I really will be staying away from any and all Samsung products from now on.

Have given it 4 stars as some of the information about the TV in what it supports is incorrect, other than that it's a fantastic TV. It states it supports Alexa & Google assistants it in fact doesn't there is no option whatsoever to connect it. After going through the entire TV menus and settings several times there is no Voice assistant option on this TV.

Fantastic tv until disaster
I purchased this as an upgrade from LG full HD TV so the picture was instantly superior and the colours far brighter and more detailed than I have seen (for my budget) Sound quality was good though would be better to have a soundbar for a better experience. Sadly given the size of the TV, the little plastic feet gave it a bit of a wobble and didn't feel as sturdy. I sadly brushed passed my TV and nudged it and it wobbled back and then forward a little too much and ended up with some nice light effects on my ceiling from the back-light of my now broken TV and sadly the "care" you get from the retailer I purchased from doesn't cover accidental damage. So I would really recommend a good wall mount or if possible a sturdy stand:) I will save up and get another one for sure. Used the tv on xbox one x and looked crystal clear and hdr was very noticeable when playing games.

I love my tv I've upgraded from 1080p Samsung 55" to this model 65" best purchase I've ever made I use it for gaming streaming and I love love love it !!! I am a Samsung geek so I use my phone alot with the tv and haven't found one problem yet great picture over all best tv I've owned thanks samsung !!!

Good for the price, though picture could be a bit darker in some scenes, sometimes the pic is more foggy looking in the background instead of black.
However this is an excellent tv and the colours really pop , i would definitely recommend it, I got a samsung soundbar to go wth it , TV is amazing, don't hesitate to buy.
