Immersive 5.1.4 sound
Packed into its stylish case are no fewer than 13 independent drivers. Five tweeters, six woofers and two top firing speakers are controlled by a sophisticated processor, to deliver room-filling sound. AMBEO technology delivers three further equaliser modes, letting you experiment with the type of soundfield.
Tuned to your room
The supplied calibration microphone means you get exactly the right acoustic response for your room. Plug the mic in and at the press of a button it measures your room’s acoustics and adjusts the output to suit, giving you the best sound possible in any space.
Dolby Atmos and DTS:X compatible
Up-firing speakers make this Sennheiser soundbar compatible with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. Dolby Atmos and DTS:X are more usually found in high-end cinemas and deliver immersive sound through height speakers in the ceiling. Rather than having to drill holes in your ceiling at home, the AMBEO’s up-firing speakers produce the same type of 3D sound, with effects appearing to come from above. Listen to a helicopter or aircraft or a thunderstorm and you’ll swear the sound is coming from above your head!
Powerful bass
For the full impact of action movies, powerful bass is a must. The AMBEO delivers with its built-in subwoofer array. Reaching right down to 30Hz, the AMBEO reproduces impressive levels of depth, without the need for a separate subwoofer. If you’ve got a larger room or simply want to truly feel the bass, then simply connect* your choice of separate active subwoofer via the sub output.

Google Chromecast, UPnP and Bluetooth for streaming entertainment
