Thanks to wi-fi connectivity, you get to enjoy the unmatched Sonos experience at home. When you’re out and about switch to Bluetooth for a direct link to your smartphone or tablet. Roam SL automatically connects to your home network and pairs with your smartphone/tablet, making switching between them totally seamless.

Apple AirPlay 2 for seamless streaming from your Apple device
Featuring AirPlay 2, you can stream directly from your Apple devices or ask Siri to play your favourites from Apple Music throughout your home. (Requires wi-fi for AirPlay operation).

10 hours battery life
With up to 10 hours of battery life, the Roam SL has you covered for everything from a day in the garden to an all-night party. To save power, the Roam SL switches to sleep mode when not in use and wakes in less than a second.

Wireless charging option
Compatible with wireless Qi chargers, it’s easy to keep the Roam SL’s battery topped up. For an even neater solution, Sonos’s optional Roam SL Charging Base (sold separately) magnetically snaps to the base.

Just like other Sonos models, the Sonos Roam SL can be paired up for stereo sound. Link two* using the Sonos app and you’ve instant, immersive stereo sound. *Note, pairing only works via wi-fi and so requires being within range of a wi-fi hub.

Once you’ve unboxed Roam SL, you can start charging using the included USB-C cable and a 7.5W (5V/1.5A) or higher USB power adapter. To set up Roam SL and connect it to your system, just open the Sonos S2 app while on wi-fi and follow the prompts. When you’re ready to stream over Bluetooth, pair Roam SL with your mobile device by holding the power button until you hear the second chime.

The Sonos Roam Charging Base is tailor made for the Roam, continuing it’s sleek, slim lines. Available in black or white, it looks like part of the speaker when docked. Whenever you want to use the Roam indoors, the Charging Base makes the ideal home.

Secure fit
Featuring a magnetic ‘snap’ fit, the Roam docks securely with the Charging Base. Simply connect the Charging Base to a USB power outlet and you’re good to charge.
