Combining the V1 processor with dual noise sensing microphones gives the WF-1000XM4 amazing levels of noise cancelling. OK product, abysmal support
These sound amazing when inserted correctly, but can be uncomfortable to insert to form the correct seal and the long voice announcements when switching modes are annoying. However, the after sales support is terrible. I lost one earphone and tried using online chat, who just gave me a product code to search for online to buy a replacement, which did not work. I then emailed support and 10 days later have had no reply. So, I would now never recommend Sony and will probably switch back to Apple Airpod Pros simply so I can get decent support should anything go wrong.

Delighted so far
I’ve been using these phones for just over two weeks, part of which was a beach holiday in on which I listened for long periods.I previously used a brand in which the buds do not enter the ear canal as I have previously had ear problems with ear canal buds. The Sonys, to my surprise and delight they are really comfortable even for long periods. The sound is rich and enjoyable and isolation seems pretty good. I’ve not tried the noise canselling to date but the signs are good.

Exceptional headphones with stellar sound quality
I bought these headphones based on the brand, review and past experience with Sony audio products and these exceeded my expectations. They're comfortable, easy to set up and control with the app, well priced and fully featured. I use them solely for music listening with a hi-res walkman and cant attest the the sound quality, noise cancelling and comfortable are all top tier. These are the best wireless earbuds I've ever used and as someone who has more than a passing interest in audio and sound engineering these are one of the best choices on the market bar none!

Fantastic bit of kit!
Just purchased these after doing some research online and the sound quality is unbelievable when compared to my AirPods. Noise cancelling function is top and has a premium feel to it. Very happy!
