Poor experience - Battery draining issue
My Sony WF-1000XM4 Battery is draining too fast. Right side earbud battery is lasting less than 45 mins and left side 1.5 hrs. Its really poor experience ever. The problem arrived after the software update. I tried to rest the app and earbuds but still it remains same. Too frustrated. I contacted Sony support and they didn't give proper response. Never ever thought that this costly earbuds will last less than one year. It's really worst experience ever. This brand earbuds is not at all recommended

Great sound terrible battery life
I've had these a while now, but only listened to them for <200hrs. The sound and noise cancelling is excellent, and they're easy to use. However the battery has failed in one ear bud following a software update, an issue Sony is aware of, but declined to repair or replace free of charge. I would advise you steer clear of these unless you want to replace this high priced product much sooner than you might reasonably expect.

Severe battery drain issues
Purchased these headphones over a year ago with no problem. After an update the headphones were rendered completely unusable and now die within 10 minutes of use. This is a known issue with the headphones but nothing is being done to fix the problem. Was asked to send the product back and pay for a “repair”, knowing very well this problem cannot be fixed… Have always owned Sony products but not anymore.

Terrible Battery issues
The batteries on both buds are terrible. The left bud charges fully but lasts less than 2 songs (approx 4mins) the right bud last approx 15 mins.
They sound great but do not hold a charge. My firmware is uptodate 2.0.1.

Good but batteries dead after two years.
They are a little uncomfortable but you get used to them. The sound was excellent but the batteries are dying after two years of use. They last about 30 minutes.
Finding support is pretty much impossible.

Great whilst they work!
Just over 18 months and the left ear bud no longer holds its charge.
The local dealer doesn't support this product. So now I'm searching for an alternative dealer in the hope that this product does not end up as electrical waste after it's all too brief life in the sun.

Cannot get these earphones to work properly now
I purchased these earphones in September 2021 and have not used them much since then. Now they will not charge properly or retain their charge. I followed all the reset instructions on the website but cannot get them to work for more than a couple of seconds and cannot even load the new upgrade to version 2 of the firmware.
I am very unhappy with this product which was supposed to be a premium product at at premium price.
