Combining the V1 processor with dual noise sensing microphones gives the WF-1000XM4 amazing levels of noise cancelling. Battery has died
Great product when it works, but had them a year and a half and they are now totally unusable. The battery claims to be at 70% charge after being in charge for hours and then does around 15 mins into being used. Very disappointed for the spent.

Great sound, absolutely horrible fit
The sound and noise cancellation features are great, but the fit is an absolute nightmare. They keep falling out of my ears, regardless of which earbud tips I use. I only use them at home and need to sit still and not move my head or jaws. Eating or drinking with the earbuds in makes them fall out immediately.

Excellent quality, disappointing battery drain
It was my second wireless headphone from sony. I used the one before this over 5 years and had an excellent journey with it. When i’v got this one for my birthday i used it almost everywhere, it had finally a good noise canceling option, and had the best sound i ever experienced. But bit after a year of usage, after it’s guarantee expired, i’v noticed the battery drain. It started slowly but one and a half year after i’v started using it, the batter in both sides only got like 45 min max 1 hour of usage time. Right now they rarely charge above 80% and can keep up 30 min. Im so disappointed, and without the guarantee i can’t afford to buy a new one.

Sony never took responsibility and refused to fix after numerous tries. Will never purchase Sony again. I recommend everyone to stay away
