Low resonance body for a natural sound
With the same body as the more expensive Olympia and Moonstone models, the Rainier gives you a higher tech spec for less. The low resonance body and generator system helps to reduce distortion, letting you hear a purer, more natural sound. Pure copper internal wiring lets even the tiniest musical detail flow through, unimpeded.
Elliptical stylus for a detailed sound
Featuring an elliptical stylus, the Rainer literally gets deeper into the groove – pulling out more music. By increasing the surface contact area and spreading the load, the stylus’ finer profile also does less damage to your precious vinyl collection.
Stylus upgrades available
Because the Rainier shares the same body as models higher in the range, you can upgrade to a higher spec stylus when you choose – without having to replace the entire cartridge. When the time is right, simply slide out the old stylus and slide in an Olympia or Moonstone stylus, for a big upgrade in sound.
High output to suit most systems
The 5.0mV output is widely compatible with most MM phonostages that are built into amps and systems, making this cartridge ideal for any turntable and amp combo.
Easy installation
Featuring an overhead mounting design with threaded slots, the Rainier is easy to install and set-up. Replacement styli are also available and easy to fit when required.
