Furniture not art Unlike many racks, the FW1100 looks like a piece of quality furniture rather than modern art sculpture! Complementing the real wood veneer frame are tinted black glass shelves that match the gloss black finish of most contemporary TVs. At the back a cable management system keeps the look uncluttered and smooth.
Practical too Although something of a looker, the Alphason FW1100 is also extremely practical. The top shelf will hold a very substantial 80kg - enough for even the heaviest 50" plasma TVs. The other shelves will each take 50kg, which is ample for the most esoteric of home cinema equipment.

Look so good and a solid piece of furnitureTv Stand looks really good, if I could maybe have a down side, holes on back panel are a bit big and when you set it all up it looks a bit untidy with all the wires

Smart stylish. TV looks good on it, more than adequate for the size of tv.
Bit pricy but well worth money as a good addition to the room and comfortably holds the bass bar as well as sky box, dvd player etc.

Really sturdy, great quality unit that oozes class.Easy to assemble, stylish and very rigid. It matches the black ash finish of my Linn Keilidhs / REL sub really nicely. Very pleased with the unit and with the great value of Richer Sounds' price of £225 which is the cheapest I found after an extensive Internet search. WELL DONE RICHER!
