Great Service
Needed a small TV in a hurry, for an elderly person in a care home. Chris at the Liverpool store arranged a next day delivery , all of which went very smoothly.
We haven't yet seen the TV in operation ( pandemic restrictions) , but understand the person concerned is very happy with the quality and sound.

Great small tv
Initially I bought a 24” Philips which I didn’t like due to very poor sound quality. This tv is just great. No bells or whistles, just a very good television - picture is very good, sound is very good for its size. If you want a smallish tv for bedroom, kitchen etc then this fits the bill perfectly.
Also a big thumbs up to Richer Sounds who really went above and beyond to ensure I was happy - first rate customer service!
