Mounting screws too short
I bought this to mount my Samsung tu8500 43 inch. Unfortunately although fitting wall mount to wall was straight forward the standard mounting screws were too short. The recommended length is 45mm not 25mm provided. Needed to buy the correct screws separately.

Quality materials but difficult to manoeuvre
I bought this wall mount in early Jan 2022 to mount a new LG OLED 55C1 TV. I mounted myself and found this to be user friendly (I am not very handy generally). The design is very nice visually but after using for 3 weeks I have a few issues with the practical usage. First the arm is very stiff so i really have to pull hard to move the TV out and side to side (my normal viewing position is to the left so every day i move it fully out and left). This worries me as the OLED screen is very thin at the top part and i fear it will be damaged. Second the bottom nut which secures the TV does not hold so it shifts left to right when moving the TV. Third the tilt mechanism has a very strong magnet and takes quite some force to release, again i fear to damage the screen. Fourth, the most vertical placement seems to be still be at an angle of a few degrees, maybe this is normal but not what i expected from reading about the mount.

I bought this last week and as always great price point form Richer Sounds. Vogels are very good sturdy wall mounts which I've been buying for years.

Solid, Stylish
A seriously solid bracket. Heavier than I had imagined but once anchored to the wall it is never coming off. Mine is on a brick wall so I do not know if it is suitable for plasterboard walls.
The arm moves very smoothly and is articulated enough to position the screen exactly where you want it and then collapse it back when done.
The cover for the wall plate is a nice touch and speaks to the quality of the product as hides away all the bolts.
I would have liked a second wire clip but, as ever, cable ties solve all.

Solidly made but did not fit my TV easily.
It’s a finely made unit and when set-up works smoothly and stays at the angle and tilt chosen. I nearly damaged the my TV though, trying to screw to rear frame on. The problem was that my TV is curved and the spacers and bolts supplied could not be set up to allow for the curved back of the TV. This was a surprise as the Vogel’s website recognised the make and model of TV and said it would be a ‘perfect match’. I am quite practical and had a selection of M8 stainless steel nuts, bolts and washers, which with a little care could be configured to fix the rear frame to the TV securely. Perhaps Richer Sounds could check this with Vogel and warn customers about potential problems fixing these frames to curved screen TVs. Apart from that niggle it does the job discreetly. Wall 3245 Review
Overall it's a great wall mount bracket but I did have a couple of minor gripes. The installation app didn't work on my phone - it installed OK and then just froze when I opened it. The paper instructions were not great - a little hard to follow.
