From the inventors of Blu-ray, comes their latest and greatest budget Blu-ray player.
The Sony BDP-S360 offers the excellent spec, performance and usability of the BDP-S350 with added enhancements. Fresh for the BDP-S360 are newly incorporated DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD decoders. This makes it possible to link the BDP-S360 up to any non-HD 7.1 AV receiver, provided it has a multi-channel input. From here you'll be able to enjoy the precise, dynamic sound of Blu-ray through your existing AV receiver.
As before, the BDPS360 features the current BD-Live profile. Combined with standard LAN (Internet) and USB sockets, this allows you to access and stream bonus content and store it on (optional) USB flash storage devices.
Like its predecessor, the BDPS360 is a joy to use. The start up time is just six seconds and the Xross Media Bar user interface makes the complex technology easy to access.
As usual, this budget Sony Blu-ray player can upsample existing DVDs to 1080p, giving you excellent quality reproduction from your existing DVD collection. Playback quality of all formats is every bit as good as you'd expect from a Sony with Sony's Precision Drive technology lending a hand to correct scratched or warped discs.
Now better than ever before, Sony's BDP-S360 looks set to continue offering budget Blu-ray bliss.
Limited stocks available in region 2 only format, but we do have plenty of multi-region stock available which the vast majority of our customers prefer.
A multi-region player will enable you to play DVDs (but not Blu-Ray discs) from anywhere in the world, in particular US discs that often have additional features - great to have for such a small premium.
